Okay so overall i like coming to this location bc it’s 4 mins from my house, which is a plus, however the staff moves entirely too fast to the point where I cannot even specify my order. It’s almost like they’re in a rush to do something or go somewhere and majority of the time my bowls come out very messy and overflow with toppings whereI couldn’t get a chance To tell them how much or little I want. Not to mention the language barrier the short young lady Hispanic woman. She speaks entirely too fast and does barely give you a chance to get your words out before she interrupts. Another main thing is staff does not change their gloves I don’t think they’re privy to the cross contamination that they’re doing by using the same gloves that they used to handle chicken to handle veggies and it is times where I have to tell the staff to change their clothes because the gloves that they’re using is ripped and worn out. Very annoying to deal with! A whole new staff is needed in my opinion. And the prices is insane. $1.50-2.50 for guac and or queso and depending on who the cashier is the prices fluctuates. Some days my bowls are $12-14 other days it’s $15-16 and that’s...
Read moreFelt rushed and had to repeat what I wanted to the employees several times (even though I had to wait 5 minutes for the employee to be ready to even take my order, don’t know what he was doing, maybe a to-go order or prepping, but he looked stressed). Thought it was just me not speaking loud enough when I had to keep repeating myself, but then I read the other reviews and saw the same thing. They also seemed irritated when I asked for more cheese (the guy was going so fast that he didn’t put cheese on one of my tacos) or ask for a drink (like adding on a drink was the worst thing in the world, probably because she already had the order rang up). I did hear one of the other employees say, “Man if you slow my line down” so maybe they are pressured to rush through, perhaps that’s why that employee looked stressed. I feel like the line would move faster if the customer didn’t have to keep repeating themselves though. O well, they are young. I think I had poor listening skills at that age too. The food...
Read moreThis is my regular Chipotle and the quality of the food at this location is going downhill and is more expensive every time I go.
Seriously do better. How is it meeting health standards by scraping old food onto the top of fresh food - throw the last bit of dried up food away. It’s okay. Ya’ll charge enough.
Tried the carne asada and honestly, I think I discovered the world’s first beef-flavored stress ball. I chewed for five straight minutes - long enough to consider my life choices, write my will, and it would still not break down.
The queso was flavorless and was such a disappointment - a waste of $5.10. The chips are also flavorless. Again, if I didn’t know myself better, I’d think I have COVID. This entire meal was a disappointment.
If you’re into $50 jaw workouts and food that tastes like existential dread, 10/10 would recommend.
