Update 2: things have been on a steady decline as of late with tonight (11/25/2018) leaving me wondering if I need to find a new Pho spot. We arrived and were seated immediately with only two other tables at the restaurant (already eating). We are pretty frequent customers so we knew what we wanted but the waiter disappeared once he put the menus down. 15 minutes later, no water, no orders placed, and no waiters in sight. We flag down the new waitress (very sweet and a bit shy) and we order 2 entrees and an appetizer with 2 sides of pho broth. We received our water and entrees after 12 more minutes with the rest of our food incomplete. I waved down the waitress from another table to ask if the rest of the food was coming and she said it was coming soon. We were half down with our entrees by the time the appetizer and broth arrived. The food was left and refills were requested. We never received that refill - instead, I spotted the water pitcher and brought it to the table and refilled our drinks at the end of our meal... I left it near by and ANOTHER TABLE grabbed it to do the same. Meanwhile, the server (who has been there for a while and usually has quite the attitude) was sitting in the dining room, ignoring everyone, and playing on his phone. He was so oblivious that I was able to take a photo and he still didn’t look up (see below). While the food still had it usual yummy flavor, spending almost an hour to enjoy it was not worth it. Real bummer
Update: was there yesterday (11/1/2016) during lunch. Still awesome food and fast service for lunch rush. Only thing is you gotta get the servers' attention if you need refills. They do not visit the tables much when busy
Great food and really nice servers. Don't know what these people are talking about but I am friends with all of the employees and their communication skills are great. Always...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have made this place a tradition after going to Six Flags and making this the stop on our way home. For the first time last night, we had a horrible experience. Worst part was— we had invited some friends out bc they had never tried pho before but now we’re regretting it.
For starters, we were almost sat at the dirtiest table. There were wet towels and food all in the ground and we asked that we please sit somewhere else. Once seated, We all ordered very simple bowls and 3 bobas and a sprite. The 3 bobas came out one by one, 10 mins bw each one and the sprite came out last. We watched another table get served before us as well which was very odd bc they were seated at least 20 minutes after us.
Once we got our pho, everyone’s bowl but mine was right. So I brought this up to the server and she proceeded to argue with me about it. Again, as a regular, I know what I eat bc I eat it every time. But she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. So we asked for a menu and she wouldn’t give us one which further confirmed that it was wrong. So I asked that they remake it and to remake it swiftly bc we had already been sitting for at least 45 mins and just now able to start eating. They proceeded to leave the wrong bowl on my table and ignored us for another 10 mins or so before my friend finally got up and spoke to the manager on duty.
The only thing good I can say is that they did remake my bowl but it was missing 2 of the meats asked for. However, we were not charged for it which is the only thing I can say was accommodating for the situation at hand.
Just overall, very horrible and we won’t be back unless it’s during...
Read moreCustomer service here is “P**s poor!!!”
I walked in and no one greeted me. I had to walk to over to a table, deep into the establishment to talk to two people who sat down and did not stand up to greet me. I asked if they had a charger, I could plug my phone up with because I would use Apple Pay. They started speaking about me in front of me in another language (yes, they were both capable of speaking English because when it came time for me to pay, they understood everything so well, including how to smile). Eventually after looking me up and down they decided the answer was no, although they have iPads and other POS. (No problem!!! Can’t get mad at someone over their stuff. The Halaal store next door was VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING). I went back into to pho 24 (only because I drove so long to get there). Once inside, someone sat me at the front seat closest to the door although the establishment was EMPTY. Food was delicious!!! Time to pay and I ask if they could break $100, he said yes. After moving a few $100’s out of the way I found $25 (my bill was $20.69). Because he saw I had more money, He STOOD THERE WAITING FOR MORE MONEY!!! With no customer service!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Consider the $4 plenty!!! More than 10% and the service was TRASH!!! I will not return. Other locations...
