Terrible customer service. I have had multiple issues with this location failing to take the proper order or messing my order up and arguing with me. The first was when I ordered a hazelnut Americano and the lady tried to hand me a mocha iced coffee. When I told her that was not mine and I ordered hazelnut she told me the cup had been mismarked, removed the sticker then continued to try t ok hand me the wrong drink. I again had to explain to her that the drink was not mine and I wouldn't be taking it nor leaving the drive thru until I got the correct drink? That's when another employee handed her my drink then she handed it to me. The second was when I ordered 3 frozen coffees one with a shot of espresso and they repeated it back to me that we only wanted one with espresso and I said yes. When we got to the window they had only made 2 without the espresso and told me that's all I ordered. When again I said no, we ordered 3 of the same things, they gave me a small cup of espresso! I said no, I ordered 3 of the same one with a shot in it and she continued to argue with me to check my other drinks which I already had and neither had the espresso. They continued to argue with me that's not what I ordered (mind you 2 other people in my car) and told me I didn't pay for it. That's great, but it's not my fault you are not putting in the proper order and this is not the first time I've had the issue here with wrong beverages and then arguing with me. I am beyond thankful they are putting in a Starbucks 2 blocks down on the corner. As a former Starbucks barista, I would have apologized fo the customer, made their drink and offered them a $4 recovery card for the lie inconvenience. I was excited about dunkin being close and cheaper but if this is the service they are giving people I am more than happy to give my business to Starbucks for a bit of a higher price and better...
Read moreI came through the drive-through to order some donuts and coffee for our champagne police department when I pulled up to pay for it. the gentleman put my card in the machine, walked away and came back tried to run my card again. I told him don’t do that because I get notified every time my card has a purchase on it and it already says that they ran it for the $93.06. He kept arguing with me that it didn’t go through and I told him it did go through. it’s showing on my bank statement right here and my phone. They ran it again for another $93.06 and told me the first one would go back on my card. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank as both charges went through as a purchase. The customer service there is horrible. They would not refund my money and kept telling me it was only one charge when I was showing them on my phone. It was charged twice. Read moreI've been coming to this dunkin since they opened in 2019 because it's the closest one to where I live. I'd say there have definitely been ups and downs but this location has been always been amazing! The employees have come and gone over the years but they have always been so nice and friendly, especially the employees currently there who know me by name. And there has only been a handful of times throughout the years where I've ever gotten a bad coffee.
The coffee is always amazing, and anything else I've ordered is always good (the hashbrowns are the best ever). Even during the morning rush they are always efficient, we don't sit in line for very long and our coffee/order is always correct and delicious!
I'll be going to this location for as long as it's here (hopefully forever) and I 100%...
