Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Champaign

I ordered delivery to my office. Apparently the delivery driver couldn’t find my office suite and took it to the opposite side of the building, and the people don’t know every person’s name in all the offices here. So she took it back to the store which is what her manager told her to do. Thing is, she claims to have called me twice and she did not. When I went to the store to get my food, the cashier acted like she could care less but yelled for the manager. He was immediately rude as soon as I told him why I was there. Arguing with me about her calling me even though I showed him my call log showing she didn’t actually call. Finally, he says “So what do you want”? My food would be outstanding. Then I can hear him telling the girl she did what he told her and while I couldn’t hear the exact words I heard a lot of “she” which I believe was in reference to me. It’s really not my fault that the driver didn’t even attempt to go to any other door in the building so I don’t know what he was so pissed at me about. My daughter and I stopped by to grab dinner. At the end of the counter, the worker silently handed my daughter a bag. We assumed it was ours since no one was standing around us. We get home. Not our food. I go back and he’s immediately confrontational. Telling me that he told me what the order was and I took it anyway. I said I wasn’t there to point fingers, just needed to exchange my ordered. He kept insisting he told me the order . I told him I was there and he didn’t say anything but that didn’t matter. I just wanted grab my order . And he YELLS AT ME on my way “NEXT TIME YOU JUST NEED TO LISTEN BETTER!” I brought the food to my car and went back in to get the managers contact info and that’s when I overheard all the employees laughing at the situation. The manager was absolutely rude. I had my two young children with me. I was trying to order them a slim sandwich like I have done before. My children are 6 and 4. No way are they able to eat a regular size sandwich. I was told veggie could not be added to a slim. But yet a veggie is one of the sandwiches that are the options.

He then charged me for a ham and cheese when all we wanted was a lettuce and cheese sandwich. I spoke up and had to say well I am passing all that money just put that ham on another sandwich.
