I placed an ordered online through the app this evening as I often do. As I was tracking my order it stated that my order was complete but I had not received it. I called the store to see why my order wasn’t delivered. They said they delivered it to my neighbor because the system glitched. Initially there was no offer to resolve the issue. I was told that I could get a discount to have my order remade. At this point I told them that was unacceptable. I order from this location weekly and I’ve never had any issues with my address or any deliveries) I spoke with the manger and after much hesitation he offered to resend my order but I was to pay the delivery charge. Then he said I didn’t have to pay the deliver charge? Regardless I just wanted my order so I could feed my kiddos dinner. I happily accepted that resolution and he said it would be approx 35-45 mins that was at 5:35 pm. At 7:00 pm my order still had not arrived so I proceeded to call the store once again. I explained my situation and was told I would have my order in 10 minutes. My order finally arrived at 7:30 pm. I highly doubt that my order would have ever came if I didn’t call the second time. It didn’t seem to be a priority in any sense. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service and lack of empathy from the store manager Matt. I understand that it’s not his fault there was an issue with my order but as the manager it’s his job to make sure it gets resolved and I feel he handled this situation...
Read moreWalked in and asked the difference in prices between a large pizza and a medium pizza but the guy taking the order asked so many questions starting to put in the computer our order when all we wanted to know was the price difference, how hard is that? “Sir, what is the price difference between a large pizza half pepperoni half veggies, compared to 2 mediums 1 pepperoni and 1 veggies?” He went around in circles and never answered our question, when we tried to ask in a different way, he blew steam like…huffing and puffing…like he had to enter in the computer all over again! The worker next to him rolling a pizza, intervened and said, “the stuffed crust only comes in one size and they aways costs more.” So I asked again, “so what is the price of the medium pizza? She turned her face down and ignored my question and continued to roll pizzas…..I turned to the cash register again and asked what is difference in prices between the large and medium….he, blowing steam, huffing and puffing again, asked a bunch of questions again, “do you want cheese only?” No customer should be answered this way plus…Dude, I was getting tired as I was very CLEAR “half pepperoni half veggies!” Aff …I walked out…I cannot stand people that don’t know how to make a sale and treat customers with no respect that blowing steam really got me and my husband only ordered because we were both tired but if it depended on me, I would have gone to Little Caesar’s much better...

9/19 I order from here all time but never will again. I just ordered a white pizza with BANANA peppers and got one with green peppers. When I called them, the girl refused to credit me, Refund me or fix her mistake. So angry, that is not how you keep business.
