I am regular customer of Burger King and generally get my food through the drive thru at other locations.
This location, i decided to go inside and order, i patiently waited for my order as I requested no cheese on one of the sandwiches and no mayonnaise on the other due to allergies.
Needless to say, I will definitely not revisit this location, and after my experience I am questioning fast food at all moving forward.
Issue: There was only one guy preparing the food for drive thru and in store purchases, hence the long wait.
He messed up my order before it was handed to me and the Manager had him redo one of the sandwiches because it was to be prepared without mayonnaise.
I watched him the entire time prepare the food and he was a bit irritated that she madw him redo the sandwich, so he reached for another bun, threw it on the bare metal countertop without any tissue under the bun, then reached im the heater for a new chicken patty and then he reached for a.tissue, grabbed the bun off the bare dirty metal counter and threw the meat in the bun and tissue paper, then threw it in the shoot and said, "Here is your no mayonnaise" with the worst attitude ever.
Although I seen the entire process happen, I opted not to make a scene and just take my food and leave the facility.
But I can promise that I will never EVER revisit this location and after how the food was handled, probably not any other location either.
I watched the lady at the register who appeared to be the Supervisor, handle the cash register transactions and also handled the food with no gloves on or hand washing in between transactions and she was literally grabbing the cups of fries with her bare hand hovering over the fries as she bagged them. Again, with no gloves or hand sanitizing after handling the cash register.
This experience has truly opened my eyes to how other potential fast food restaurants may be handling food without proper sanitation and gloves, and God forbid you complain, which I never did, his Supervisor made him redo the sandwich, before I ever received it, you just don't know how your food ia being handled or what is being done to it if you ask for it to be...
Read morePerfect! My order was perfect! No mess up. No missing items. No wrong items. They even gave me extra condiments when I actually forgot to ask for any. They weren’t annoyed I was there. They were super friendly and even offered me a drink carrier because I had more than one drink. This is the first time in longer than I can remember where a fast food place didn’t mess up my order, wasn’t super annoyed I was there to get it, had all the menu items available, didn’t inflate the menu pricing to dissuade me from ordering to begin with, was friendly and courteous and efficient, didn’t berate me for ordering breakfast 30 minutes before they stopped serving it, didn’t make me wait In line so long that my food was cold when I finally got it, and who’s drive thru line actually moved quickly and I didn’t have to pull around and sit there for 30 minutes. I have actually been to this location multiple times and they have always done an excellent job. Typically I am not one to leave positive feedback or reviews because I feel like if they didn’t mess it up then they were actually just doing their jobs and if they did mess it up, multiple times (every single time), on multiple occasions, in multiple ways I should warn people because it will, guaranteed happen to them, but that just isn’t true anymore. Read moreThis has been my go to BK location for years now even though there's one half the distance away from my house. I usually have no problems but, today, I placed my order on the app and was charged 25¢ x2 for bbq sauces that I ordered and asked the young lady at the drive thru window if my sauces were in the bag, she responded " Yes they are". As I proceeded out of the drive thru, I checked and there were no sauces to also include the zesty sauce that was included with my halfsies. I look at this as being lazy more than dishonest on the employee's part as she failed to double check the order before she gave it to me. I don't want to be petty about this as it happens all the time with most fast food establishments, not just Burger King. In today's economy with everything going up in price and now being charged for things that were free for the longest time, accuracy through double checking orders should be a priority especially when the customer is charged for items they aren't receiving because someone didn't take the extra time (seconds) to double check the order is correct.
