Avoid this location!! My teen daughter ordered and paid for her own cake. She completed the online order form and asked for a specific message. At the end of the form, she added a nice message TO the staff, “have an amazing day, thank you.” She was so excited to pick her special cake today afterschool. When we got home, it had the wrong message!! While not a huge deal, my daughter was certainly disappointed that HER cake had a “have a nice day, thank you,” message on the top. When we contacted the store the OWNER had zero care about this. He put it all back on me and said I could bring the cake back when the baker was in to get it fixed. Meanwhile, the celebration will have to wait for the baker, I guess?? Horrible service on Saturday night. Walked in about 20 mins before close and the girl with dark hair and glasses rolled her eyes when we walked in. Took a couple minutes before she greeted to help us, packed all the ice cream with no toppings that I had asked for. 2 out of 4 ice creams had no toppings because I didnt want to deal with her nasty attitude and constant eye rolling. When I asked for toppings to be added to one that she packed away she left out a good amount of ice cream and was huffing and puffing about doing it. About 7 people came in after so she still had to work it wasn’t like I rolled in 5 min before close. When I left it wasn’t even 10:45 yet. Someone should go over customer service with her. On June 2, 2023, I went to buy a small ice cream cone at Stone Cold, at the Dobson and Ray road location next to Valle Luna.

One girl with dark hoodie was very rude. I specifically asked for a small cone for my daughter and pointed at the smallest cone.

This girl seemed very mad and irritated in the first place. She mixed a large amount of the ice cream. I point at the small cons again and mentioned that I only wanted the small kids cone and she responded “thats the way we make them” and put the small cone on top of the large cup. She made me wait for receipt until after finishing another order.

She charged me for a large cup and charged for the small cone. DO NOT go there. The experience...
