My wife and I stopped here a few hours ago, I was alittle nervous to get food here I'm not gonna lie lol. I was reading some of the bad reviews from this location online. But I clicked on the tab for the newest bad experience review and it was a review from 3 weeks ago. This was the exact Reason why I changed my mind and I gave this place a chance,
Because I saw that Owner of this Jack in The Box Not only wrote Back to that individuals Bad experience review but He/She Apologized for their bad experience.
I Felt that if the owner cared about the image of His / Her business that they would Most definitely Care about how the food is Cooked and how it Tasted.
They would also care how the customer was treated.
The employee that took our order was nice and was not rude at all, we placed out orders inside and not through the drive-thru. I cannot remember the employees name unfortunately. But he was a male, mabie 5ft 10?
The food was hot, my cheese was actually Melted in between my Hamburger meat patties! Because the meat was actually Hot.. I'm sorry but I had to say that remark because it's almost Normal now for us to get Hamburgers from fast food locations and the cheese is almost Never Melted because the meat never got Hot enough to melt it.. the frys were semi hot but still good,
It's been about 4 hours since we have eaten the food from this location, and we have not had any stomach cramps or sick feelings soo far and that's a very good sign soo far lol.
We will eat here again, And we would recommend you trying this location at least once & for you to be the judge of the food and staff next time.

Read moreThis is one of the worse places ever. I was there last night 10pm (no receipt was given to me) got home (5 mins away) and my food was ice cold. The fries where staled and the tacos where old like they had been sitting out all day. I drove back spoke with Martha and told her my items where Cold and staled. She said what do you want me to do they will be cold again. I said what…she then said let me see what my manager says. So I pulled to the window and she says I’m sorry I can’t make your food because then I’d have to pay for it. I said you gave me cold staled food why do I have to be responsible for your mistakes. She said I’m sorry I can’t help you. I asked where’s her manager she said there isn’t one. I asked her what manager did she just say she had to talk to she said no there isn’t one. Then she asked for my receipt I said the young girl took the order where is she. She said her name was Lesa and she was in the back and she can’t help me either. I requested to have my order remade and she refused to do it said she will have to pay for it and just call the manager in the morning. This is the worse service I’ve ever received. How can you give someone old staled food then not give them a receipt then don’t even take account for your actions. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat at this jack in the box. The worse service ever I’d give them no stars but that’s not an option. This place needs all new employees for third shift. Arrived just before 11 pm (they’re supposed to be open 24 hours). Got up to the window and the female working asked “how can I help you?” So I placed my order (just some loaded tiny tacos) and was met with silence. No big deal. Maybe she’s on the other side of the store and needs to run to the screen. Or a coworker distracted her and asked a question. So I waited patiently for her reply.
After 2 minutes of silence, I decided to ask if she was still there. Again, nothing. Saw a car start to enter the drive thru behind me just for them to back out. That’s when I notice a chair now blocking the entrance. Someone ran out, blocked the drive thru, and no one bothered to tell me they had to close early for the night. They just straight up ignored me in hopes that I would go away.
