Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chandler

I used to be a regular customer here, but never again.

My final straw was when i ordered 2 sets if boneless wings and a medium pizza. The pizza was only warm, like it took a while for delivery, but it was edible.

The boneless wings were a joke. I ordered 1 with hot sauce and 1 with garlic parmesan. The hot ones barely had a drizzle of sauce. The garlic parmesan werent much better. I called the store immediately and told them id like them replaced. I advised the manager to let the kitchen know the reason they are coming back was because of the sauce.

I received my replacement order within about 30 minutes. The containers were very heavy so i thought maybe they gave me a few extra wings for the inconvenience. To my surprise, the weight was because my new order was basically SOUP!

My new order of boneless wings were DROWNING in sauce. Nearly the entire bowl was full. i couldn't eat them because the crispy breading was wet like a sponge from all the sauce. This ia a blatent slap in the face of a regular paying customer.

Basically, since my complaint was "skimpy sauce" they thought they'd teach me a lesson and sabotaged my replacement order by sending me "wing sauce soup"

I messaged corporate pizza hut and they werent helpfull at all. They just gave me a canned answer and a coupon code for free wings on my next order.

Next i commented and messaged the specific location on social media in hopes the franchise owner would see and respond. NOTHING.

THIS LOCATION IS RUN AND OWNED BY PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE. CALL THE PIZZA HUT ON WARNER AND ARIZONA AVE OR RAY RD & RURAL IF YOU WANT TO ORDER. NOT THIS ONE!!!

Shame on...

Rewriting my review from continued frustration ordering delivery. They don't mention anything about DoorDash but it's always delivered by them. You can't enter a # sign, to indicate the gate code. None of the instructions are implemented to the DoorDash driver. A near $7 delivery fee. What happened to the traditional delivery drivers from Pizza Hut? Impossible to order on my phone or with the VPN. Why don't you just make it more simple and save the delivery instructions and implement it for the DoorDash driver? I hope you are giving them my full tip and not taking it for yourselves like I remember so many pizza third party re-routing delivery services do.

They do not tape the packages closed and even if they did you can easily open them. On this delivery the DoorDash driver ate two of my wings on each 8pc or the Pizza Hut stuff did it fill it.

Due to these issues I have updated this post the next day to confirm that I have changed all the information on my profile to random information and delete it all my payment information and archived this from my password manager to prevent me from ordering in the future, and randomize my password for no access.

Worst service I’ve had in my years. The young staff doesn’t follow directions. Only thing I asked was for my wings to put through the oven twice so there well done. I figured after asking over and over again on 5 different deliveries they could get it right. But NO smh.. I guess they’re just entitled and do whatever they want to. Customer service doesn’t matter, guess it’s they can do whatever they want and come punch the clock in and out. Btw I worked at Pizza Hut for years, I would never hang up on a customer 6 times in a row like they did when recognizing my number only to ask that my wings are well done and don’t forget the ranch like the last 3 times. This will definitely be my last order and I hope management figures out the concept of customer service in this now day and age.

P.s. Even worst, the wings were under cooked, like it was purposely done because I asked for well done. I literally had to put wings in oven on broil. This is not the place if you want the right customer service. Young staff is a joke and think they can do whatever they want. Order from elsewhere if you can.
