Had the worst experience there on 1/14. I go there almost every day and order the same exact drink, every time. For the 2nd day in a row my drink was awful to say the least. “Are you sure it’s not your taste buds?” What a question! I was treated rudely and then was verbally harangued on my way out of the store. So I turned around and said “what did you just say?” More attitude and total disrespect from Candace, their longest tenured employee that thinks she’s “all that”. I spoke to the mgr on duty AND the Starbucks store mgr this morning. Not only was he unaware, but he did not seem to care one whit. So much for customer service? I would think if you spent almost $300 per month at the same store that you would be treated with kindness and respect. Not scorn and aggravation? Maybe somebody at Starbucks will care? Probably not.
