Starbucks — Restaurant in Chandler

I've been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5 years and this past year seems like this location has just gone down. The service is extremely slow! I remember coming here and being able to mobile order and there was always a ton of people here and there was about five or six baristas busting out orders and remember it being so quick and once in awhile I would have to wait for a few minutes which was no problem. However, now when I come in there are only 3 people working. I understand, that we can't just grab our mobile orders either and that we have to get it handed to us but I am waiting another 5 mins for someone to come over to the mobile order section or even notice that ppl are waiting for their mobile orders. On top, of this when I get there my order has not been ready several times. I even wait until the suggested order time that my mobile app tells me that it will be ready. Starbucks need to either hire more people for the AM shift at this location or get faster baristas. I ordered four drinks: Skinny tall cinnamon, two hot chocolates, and a Passion Tea Lemonade w simple syrup along with three pastries. When I got my order. I couldn't tell which one was the hot chocolate and which one was the latte(i didnt know they use stickers-that were hidden under sleeve;I'm used to it being written in marker), so Hana saw my confused look and politely asked me if she could help me and I asked her how to tell which was which and Destiny (the one who made the drinks) answered in annoying voice that it was under sleeve. When I got to the car I noticed that the Skinny had whip cream and I took it back (Hana said that my order was misunderstood even though the first word I gave when placing the order to Cathy was SKINNY) to which I had to wait for five minutes for the correction and Destiny gave it to me unapologetically. Finally, I get home pass out drinks and my son's passion tea lemonade was actually white tea even though the receipt clearly had the correct order...smh first and last time going to...

This is not my favorite Starbucks. The location is a little awkward, and hard to see from the road. There aren’t a great amount of indoor seating options. The biggest issue I had here was the service. I was specifically told not to order with the app because I would have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes, just because it was placed online. I placed order at the counter and was the only person in line and it still took 10(maybe more)minutes to get a simple grande and croissant. Other Starbucks will bring your food to you if you’re outside waiting, but here I had to keep getting up lugging my bag, laptop, etc. inside to keep checking for the order. I finally moved inside and they never even called my name when it was ready. I had to go look and see if it was mine or someone else’s items on the counter. Just weird.. I still gave three stars because maybe staff was new,...
