I get that everyone has different tastes and expectations, one man's good taco is another man's soggy mess... but when you PACK a short rocks glass with fine crushed ice and then make a margarita in it, you end up with about 3 oz of beverage for $8.99?! You can't possibly fit all that goes into a marg in that glass with that much ice. Terrible value. Then we ordered the Super Nachos... not a spec of cheese on the chips.. just a sprinkle of unmelted cheese on top. We choose the Al Pastor meat for it and it was ice cold. Extremely disappointed, very boring. I order a quesabirria taco trying to get something tasty and it was super soggy. You're supposed to heat the corn tortilla in the beef juice long enough and hot enough that it has a little rigidity.. this was too floppy to dip in the consume, it just fell apart. I will say the flavor was good... more than I can say about the nachos. This was my 2nd time in this store. 1st time I had great tacos. Please improve consistency and make a real Marg and fix...
Read morePHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE MISLEADING. Website for online ordering is absolutely terrible, the UI is a hot mess. For the quesabirria tacos the picture shows 2 tacos. But an order only includes 1 taco. Very annoyed that I had to buy additional tacos after driving home and coming back to fix my incorrect order. Fix your online ordering and fix your photos both online and on the display in the restaurant (shows 2 there as well!).
Editing to include food review. So the original 3 quesabirria tacos I ordered came with a side of consomme, the 2nd order did not. At this point I have no idea which was incorrect given the photos aren't accurate. My sons said the quesabirria tacos were good, though obviously my 2nd son was disappointed his had nothing to dip. My tacos were good, but not any better than literally any decent taco stand, and more expensive. The tortilla chips were pale and terrible and the guacamole that came with the chips and quac was very small, though good. I don't think we'll...
Read moreThis establishment is AMAZING! Real great seasonings which makes the flavors outstandingly far out and undoubtedly unique, when compared with similar establishments. I ordered "Los Tres Amigos" combo, which is a regular Quesabirria (quesadilla w/marinated shredded beef) sm consome (birria broth), sm Al Pastor Quesadilla w/piña (marinated pork), a camaron (shrimp) taco on a flour tortilla and comes with a 20oz fountain drink. I was impressed with how fulfilling it turned out! EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS FCKN AMAZING!! The salsa bar was an additional experience in it's own spicy way. Mild salsa was mild. Spicy salsa was spot on spicy. Pickled onions are phenomenal. Limes are critical and crucial for some real Mexican food and they did not disappoint.
CLEARLY, they strive on maintaining OVERALL cleanliness in and around the establishment, while offering great service. Music playing in the background, favored my meal. Made it homey. Highly recommend...
