Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Chandler

This was my first time ever having tropical Cafe. I did a mobile order due to me having small children with me. I walked in there were 3 girls working the first girl looked at me and continued doing whatever I said hello to her twice because that's what I do I speak to people and she looked at me again and kept doing whatever I stood at the counter the 1st girl and second girl were chatting I guess figure out who was gona take my order acting weird I said hello again and the second girl said can I help u I said I did a mobile order and she pointed over and said pick from what's over there. the third girl was catering to a young man. I felt very unwanted and I spent $25. for granted the bowl I ordered was good never had an acai bowl before. I'm glad I ordered mobile God knows what kind of experience I would have had. I gave it 2 stars only because the bowl was good but my experience didn't let me enjoy it. Tropical Cafe Chandler Ocotillo rd I will never return again work on better customer service or find another job nothing was cute...

I cant believe they called that a smoothie. I wanted more than anything to like this smoothie but its hard to when there isn't anything "smooth" about it. I'm really disappointed because I was craving a smoothie. My friend and I came here together for our first time. His smoothie was wonderful actually so I question if they purposely made my drink a disaster or what. But its like literally like I thought I was drinking mouthfuls of seeds but then I tried to pull the seeds out of my mouth to notice its ice crumbs that are so hard and I Dont know how they could even have ran it through a blender at all let alone actually sell something that bad. Its not even drinkable. My friend actually started choking on the "seeds" (crushed ice that lodged into his throat while trying to drink it). How can they make one perfect consistency and then sell me that. Me and my friend had to share the only drinkable smoothie and even though it was really good we won't ever be...

Why are the smoothies $3 more than the location on Priest and Warner?

To clarify, this is when doing pair and save, but they're still more expensive than Tempe by itself.

It's honestly ridiculous to be selling these for nearly $10 when it's just a bunch of blended produce that isn't even made right half the time. That's like the price of a meal... For a drink.
