The Greek's Grill — Restaurant in Chandler

Wholly wow! This is among the very best Greek food which I have ever eaten! And I have eaten a lot of Greek food! If you saw me, you'd know. Anyway, my wife and I have gotten takeout here a couple of times and also ordered delivery several times through Uber Eats. My wife absolutely loves the gyro pitas. The amount and quality of meat in them is staggering. I like to get the meat combo platter, and I have tried showorma, the gyro meat, and also the lamb kababs at various times. Tender. Flavorful. Perfectly cooked. These are terribly insufficient things to say about the food, though they’re all true. In addition, the pitas are soft and warm, the salads are bountiful, and the tzatziki is creamy and perfectly spiced. And, as if these things are not good enough, the prices are outstanding! If you enjoy Greek food, you will absolutely love Greek’s grill. If you eat here and do not like it, the only possible reason could be that you do not like Greek food in general. You cannot find better Greek anywhere in the Valley, as far as I am aware, and I have absolutely found my go-to place for whenever I get a craving. Moved to chandler recently and I’ve been looking for a good gyro place by me. This was my first attempt tonight. I read the review above about the “chunks” of gyro meat and I do see what he meant. The meat consistency ranges from thick pieces to very thin shaved pieces (I tried to kinda show in the pic) and they are shorter pieces than some other places. There was only like 3 tomato bits on the gyro as well and they were all the ends of Roma tomatoes.. reminded me of leftover parts? Plllenty of onion tho. Meat was pretty juicy and tender and was a very good sized portion. The tzatziki sauce was really tasty too! I do need to mention tho- I got this order as a carry out and I ordered extra tzatziki sauce (and good thing I did because there was not enough for the portion of meat) and I paid a $1 extra for this little container. Not just that but the consistencies were very different between the two containers and I’m paranoid so I just ended up throwing the chunkier one away. Also, just as a side note- when ordering online it would be nice to have rice as an option to switch out on sides along with the fries and...

Amazing. We've lived in the neighborhood for 8 years now and somehow have never visited this place. The Greek's Grill has to be one of the best Greek places in Arizona. They were nice enough to take our very large order for my family right at closing time, and packaged everything up tightly with clearly marked styrofoam containers. Really appreciated that. They have large portions. Everything is perfectly cooked and the kebabs are succulent and have big time grilled flavor. The chicken shwarma had an incredible yellow curry sauce. The falafel was fresh, crispy and delicious and came with veggies and olives. I couldn't stop dipping everything in their tziki sauce. Even their side salads were great. Protip: if you get the two meat platter, order a couple extra pitas for the leftovers and make yourself a midnight snack.
