Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chanhassen

Consistently the worst JJs I've ever been to. The tomatoes and lettuce have an odd taste tof them. But even worst is the service. I paid for a cookie did not receive. After spending an agonizing 10 minutes on the phone explaining the situation 5 times to two employees, I was told my name and phone number would be put down in the system for a cookie credid for next time.

Well, today comes around and I attempt to use that credit. No record of it exists, despite having given my name and phone number at least twice each. Further, I was almost denied that free cookie when I explained the situation because, as the manager said, they've had a problem lately of people getting free food. I was chastised for not having a receipt to"proove" my cookie purchase.

As I explained to the manager, it is not my fault that I did not get my cookie or my receipt or that I'm not in their system as promised or that they've been having a problem with people getting free food by lying. I'm not lying and I want the food I paid for.

I DID NOT ultimately get my cookie, despite them saying they would include it with my order. Next time, as the manager instructed, I'll keep my receipt. Perhaps I'll also regurgitate the food the prove...

First time visiting this particular location and my 7-year old's first JJ's experience. Ordered him a ham with lettuce and mayo, but they went ahead and put tomato and cheese on it, too. I took it back up to the counter and pretty much got a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude from the girl who made the sandwich, followed by a lengthy explanation about why it wasn't her fault followed by her actually asking me what I wanted her to do about it. I told her I didn't care, just fix it, then watched her stand over the garbage with my son's sandwich and pick it apart and then hand it back to me. Yuck. When I opened my roast beef, I found that it was missing cheese and had three of the tiniest tomato slices I've ever seen. I don't even know how they have the patience to slice cherry tomatoes like that. Whatever. I'll not be back to this one again. Still love JJ's. Just...

Seems some people haven't had good luck here, but I thankfully did. I personally haven't been into this store in over 5 years and cant truly speak to the instore experience, but I couldnt skip rating the "atmosphere" part of rating but my last time in was a good experience even though its been a long time. I ordered delivery yesterday to try out their new toasted sub and it was fantastic. Both sandwiches I ordered were made very well and whoever made it definitely did not skimp on ingredients as both my sandwiches were packed.
