Rosati's Pizza Channahon — Restaurant in Channahon

I was walking out to the employee parking lot at my job with one of my coworkers yesterday . He told me he is about to get his pizza that he ordered as I was telling him how hungry I am . So, I asked him who delivers here ? And he started to tell me about this restaurant. He spoke really highly of it . I watched him grab his order from the delivery guy as I was walking to my car , he called me over to him and gave me their menu and encouraged me to try them . So, I looked over the menu when I got to my car and gave them a call. A woman greeted me & my first question to her , was “Is there a dollar minimum to deliver ? she placed me on brief hold , she returned . She never answered my question but , asked me “where would i like my food delivered too ? “I replied and told her the name of my job & provided the address. Never shared my order with her. She hasn’t asked yet. After another brief hold, she informed me , they do not deliver to my workplace, citing distance as the reason. I expressed surprise, mentioning that a delivery had just been made to my colleague at the same location from this restaurant. A looonngggggg moment of silence on her end and she ultimately placed me on hold again, lol …only to return with a message from her supervisor reiterating it’s a no.

this location such garbage their customer service is horrible especialy coming from the tall man with the glasses the most rude individual ever I walk in and they said 35 minutes for me to pick up my order I get there in 40 minutes I was made to wait an additional ten minutes and then had to get rude service from the tall man with the glasses.... if he would let the nice young lady do her job maybe my experience wouldn't have been that bad but he must have had a stick up his butt....I finaly get my pizza and it was soggy like they took it out the oven to early so it didn't get to cook all the way I asked for no mushrooms and still got them on there and the wings I ordered seemed to be precooked so they were dry like jerky it was horrible when I called them about my horrible food they only wanted to give me a 5 dollar credit cus I couldn't come back to pick up the replacement food which I would have took back but I live far into the east side of Joliet that I didn't want to drive back there at 9pm so I fed my family undercooked and jerky type food and was out of the 35 dollars I spent and the gas I wasted to go there to pick up my food..... horrible...

We have ordered from this Rosatis many many times; however, this evening will be our last. Not only has the quality of their food diminished, their ability to accurately fill an order has as well. Missing a salad, missing a 2-liter, missing garlic bread - over and over. We were missing garlic bread this evening, and when I called - the individual who answered the phone tried telling me that it was initially missed, but the boss caught it before the order left the store. Well I did not receive it, would you mind delivering it? Delivery driver arrives, and BEGINS QUESTIONING ME ABOUT WHAT WAS IN THE BAGS HE HANDED ME ON HIS FIRST TRIP!!!! DRIVER: “(while holding the garlic bread hostage) What was in the bag I handed to you?” ME: “The salad was in the bag” DRIVER: “Yeah, I handed you 2. That was the first bag. But WHAT was in the bag that was on top of the box?” ME: “The Mostaccioli and one garlic bread, there should have been 2.”

No Thank you!! I refuse to be treated like a liar over some garlic bread. I’ll order from...
