Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Channelview

I ordered one (1) pizza last night from this location. Not a big order at all. I ordered off the app, so the tracker let me know the status and whatnot. I was notified when the driver left, everything was fine so far. Then an hour went by. We started getting frustrated, but we decided to cut them some slack since the Astros were on. "They're probably just busy," we thought. Then 30 more minutes go by and I get notified that the pizza has been delivered. We're like "What? It's been delivered?" So we call the store saying that it had been about 90 minutes we had not received a pizza, but our pizza had been delivered somewhere else. The person on the phone just says it's a mistake and that the driver is actually on his way. Ten minutes later, the pizza is delivered. We didn't tip the driver, just because it took an entire life cycle for the pizza to get here. We open up the pizza, and there's no lining in the box. The pizza itself is moved far back from the front of the box, and honestly looks tampered with. The next morning I go outside to check the mail, and there's an abundance of cheese packets just scattered all over. What else do I see? The lining that was supposed to be in the pizza box, in front of the driveway. Somebody had to have opened up the pizza box in order to take out that lining. Who knows what else was done...

Loved domminos food but now that (they got ride of two times Tuesday deal with you use to get two LG pizzas for$15.99 now that this deal gone and now got ride of coupons 20%and deeper discounts and Price's going higher more thefts can't afford to order very many times and with there (humugus prices) and thy( ruined there regular pizza soce as bad as frozen pizza) (tast very bad worse than frozen pizza) and (you don't get much for what you over pay for )no longer deal's with unlimited toppings can't afford to order very much if at all ( money two hard to come by)( and other pizza restaurants giving better deals and more and coupons with deep as 50% hoie order with dominos getting fewer toppings for your money like pizza hut give coupons all the time and$10 for taking there survey and coupons like 50% off everything you ordered go to pizza hut dominos don't want are bissniss just are money for nothing go to pizza hut and no I don't work for pizza hut just a disappointed former dominos lover sorry domminos but can't afford you if (bring two times Tuesday deal and coupons ) (back and give more for what we pay for and better deals I'll be back by domminos pizza bring back&998LG pizza unlimited toppings) but don't go to popa johns pizza see my review go pizza hut or to little censors50%less...

Yes the menu prices are a bit high but they always have great deals going. The food is great and far better than both the pizza hut and papa johns in the same area. 80% of the time your delivery will be on time if not early which is often. Every now and then they do get really busy so that's why your order was late if ever. As all people do, they do make mistakes from time to time. Just let them know and they will fix it and usually offer a free product such as a 2 liter drink or a side item. No additional delivery charge for a second trip. They usually only have two delivery drivers all day until around three or four pm. They have the greatest delivery drivers. Always courteous and way under paid for what they do. Please always show them some love with a tip. What would someone have to pay you to go pick the order up yourself? That's what you should tip everytime. I personally give a minimum of $5.00 it's worth the ware and tare of my vehicle and fuel saved. Plus the time I have for other things while my dinner comes to me. And I know for a fact about 50% don't tip at all which is sad and eventually leads to your domino's having to hire crappy, rude, and/or shady drivers. Keep this domino's just like it...
