Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chantilly

Easily placed an online order for party pack of 30. I was about 10 minutes early and James, Chris, and Ben were just finishing up my order. Their service was EXCEPTIONAL. We had some small talk about how I was running around all day getting things for my daughters 4th birthday party in order. I told them It was an hour left until party time and that I had a strict vegetarian guest and these guys we're so awesome before they even started to make the last sandwiches where which was a veggie sandwich, they changed their gloves used a brand new clean knife, clean the surface I mean they went above and beyond just to make sure that none of the meat stuff touched the vegetarian stuff I mean these days other places might roll their eyes about that but these guys were awesome about it. Sitting in the parking lot debating on getting food as I watch through the window, this guy, stuffing his face with a sandwich behind the counter where food is prepared picking his teeth and licking fingers in between eating and then touching bread rack with bread on it. Are they not required to go to the back to eat? I'm not saying it's wrong for him to be eating but the other guy that was cleaning with gloved started picking his nose and wiping his nose then proceeded to clean with the same gloves he has on ...cleaning the counter. At this point I'm completely grossed out and not eating here. This is why people get sick! This place needs better hygiene employees or they need to be talked to about food and health concerns. I worked at Jimmy Johns part time as a delivery driver at college. I arrived around 11:10am on a Sunday and there were two employees working. They were still opening and putting food into the food line. Another customer was there as well. Neither employee greeted me or the other customer saying "we will be right with you," they just ignored both of us like we weren't there. When I paid, the employee didn't remove or change her gloves and continued to make my food with the same gloves she processed the payment with. When I was finishing my food, I saw the other employee playing on his phone with his gloves on as well. Overall, I like JJ food but this level of customer service is unsatisfactory.
