We are so grateful for a tremendously positive experience working with Corey to design and purchase a Rainbow playset for our home! We first met Corey when we were looking at purchasing an existing set, but quickly realized that our landscaped space called for a very specific footprint. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, communicative, and responsive to our needs from the first time we called to beyond the installation. We had so many questions and needed to do something a little out-of-the-box to maximize our space, and Corey was full of ideas and knowledge about what would work and what wouldn’t. We are very fortunate to have found Play N'Learn! Despite that they were not our original dealer, they treat us as if they were.

We have been Play N'Learn customers for several years. We've had them do an annual safety inspection and tune up on our set. Further, they've helped us with the inevitable warranty issues that one has with an older set. This has been critical to keep our older play set in great condition.

Not only do they do expert work, they've even worked with us to have the warranty parts shipped directly to them for inspection and to save on shipping.

I have been there with kids several times. The place is cool however there is a rude guy who works there who thinks it’s ok to yell at parents for infringing a stupid little rule they have. My wife decided to try one of their games. She took off her shoes and left them on the ground in front of me. All of a sudden he came out if no where shouting to the point the kids who were scared of him. Just because she left her shoes on the ground. When I called him out on this he was very defensive and threaten not to let us in again. He he could work anywhere but a place where kids play. Definitely not going...
