I am writing this under my friend's account. I tried calling at 7:20pm, but nobody answered.
I came in today after work and the ticket # is 3610. So, the guy taking my order didn't listen. He was tapping the register when I came up, kinda seemed like it was an insinuation of me to hurry up. I wasn't ready to order yet, because I was still looking at the menu for a minute. I asked for a sweet tea, light ice with my meal and he went over to the lemonade to start pouring...I was like no,no,no, I asked for a sweet tea. Not sure why or how he got lemonade from what I said. I didnt ask for an arnold palmer, jut a sweet tea, lite ice. The lady gave me a free brownie for the mess up, which was nice. But, what really is making me reach out is that I asked for a 12 count nugget for the order, and after I left and opened the bag to eat it, I only have a 4 count nugget. I didn't see this until after I left. But, I have never had a messed up order before at any Chick-fil-A. I feel like they are not really paying attention, or maybe they are overwhelmed or having a long day, but I got charged for a lemonade when it was sweet tea, compensated by a brownie... I know it's only 34 cents difference, which was nice of them to compensate more for the mix up. But how come I got a 4 count nugget when I asked for a 12 count? Are they making them different now? I have some photos to prove the items I got. Paid for a 12 count, but received a 4 count. I'm just kinda disappointed in the experience. I feel like the order was messed up from the get-go from the one who took the order at Chantilly, 4:01pm. Maybe get more training for the store or figure out why two errors were made on 1...
Read moreThis is now my second time at this location where they completely messed up my order. Last time it was just a missing fries and that happens.. The next time I went to this location, I ordered a spicy cob salad with extra corn/egg (which cost extra) and in return I got a spicy grilled southwest salad no extra egg or corn with it.. after coming to this location which is a about a 10 minute drive to and back plus traffic, I have now wasted 40+ minutes. They wouldn’t give me my correct order with a refund even after I had to drive all the way back from their mistake (which was mostly the girl who rang me up). When I addressed the issue with them, they hardly apologized and took my receipt and meal back. The manager Isabelle, did not apologize at all, only one of their associate who hardly did and was so shy about it. I told them it wasn’t their fault but mainly the woman who rang me up. This will be my last time at this location and if anyone wants to continue to get their order messed up with hardly any accountability, apologies or compensation, don’t waste your time at this particular location.

Update: told my relatives about today’s issues and they also told me this location has been messing with their orders (missing items and getting their orders wrong)! Please consider a different location other than this one unless you want to waste your time,...
Read moreI've never had any issue with Chick-fil-A before but this location needs some attention with service. My review is based on the last 6 months plus what happened today. If you order on mobile, expect to wait 10-15 minute once you get to the place, even when there is no on waiting at the counter and 3 cashiers chit-chat doing nothing, while this one person handles all orders. Training needs to be done again. I was wondering why this location has been so bad compared to Fairfax, it's actually the manager, who is very rude and has no sense of customer service.
I was the only person picking up yesterday, and when I came home, I noticed they messed up the order. I called them multiple times but no one would pick it up. I contacted customer service to get my refund for the item I didn't receive. Today, I was finally able to talk to the manager and her attitude was nothing less than deplorable. All I needed was a "sorry" and refund. Don't treat your customer like I did something wrong when it was your mistake. No, I don't care about an extra fries that you've offered. Next time, just say this. "Sorry about the mistake. I will refund for the item." It's about time you guys review your customer service.
