Updated 11/8/2018: it has been month since I dined here and the service and food are consistently exceed my expectations. Anthony V was very personable. He manages his time well. He consistently carries a conversation with me and his other customers, and attending to all his customers equally. He ensured that my beverage is filled in a timely manner. I tried the French onion soup this time and ordered the smoke n bacon burger. The soup was amazing! I will come back for just the soup and try their desserts next time! I bought some of the leftover French fries home to one of my dogs who loves fries. She didn't eat it as first, must be caused by the excitement of my coming home 🥰. She enjoyed them a little later. 😋
I have such a great experience dining at this restaurant today. It has been 7 years since I have eaten at a Red Robin. I was having lunch alone and the hostess asked if it was ok to seat me at the bar. She led me to one of the tall bar tables. Andrew was my waiter. He was very helpful, accommodating, polite, and professional. When I was ready to order, Andrew was attending other customers. Mattias stopped to take my order. I like that Andrew and Mattias were helping each other out to enjoy their customers are taken care of. The burger I ordered was delicious! I requested to be cooked medium well, and it was so juicy and the burger wasn't red at all. It was perfect. I also ordered the peach tea with extra peach syrup, and Andrew got the order as I had requested. While dining, I observed that Andrew engaged with his customers, as he did to me. I like that he is personable and yet, he doesn't longer with a customer for too long. He ensured all his customers were attended to. I am really pleased to experience such excellent service. I didn't realized Red Robin uses cage free chickens with no antibiotics, and fresh, non-frozen, beef. I hope they will one day switch to free range...
Read moreI dined at Red Robin on 11/22/2023 at 2:20 pm, and while I have had pleasant experiences in the past, this particular visit was marred by the service we received. The server, a tall lady with a bunny tail, served at the bar area, displayed unprofessional behavior that negatively impacted our dining experience.
Initially, when one of our party declined a drink, the server’s facial reaction was visibly inappropriate and unprofessional, conveying a sense of disdain. Such non-verbal cues are unwelcoming and can make guests feel uncomfortable.
Furthermore, as we were leaving, the server approached us and made some disconcerting remarks that felt more like harassment than standard customer interaction. This was not only unnecessary but also highly inappropriate for a hospitality setting. Her final comment of “Seriously?” as we walked towards the exit was particularly disheartening and left us with a negative impression.
I understand that working in a restaurant can be challenging, and everyone has off days. However, it’s important for the staff to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the standard I have come to expect from Red Robin.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improved measures to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Thank you for taking the time to...
Read moreI love Red Robin but I was disappointed with this location. The waitress was nice very nice, as were the other employees I interacted with, but I was not impressed with the manager. My guest is a vegetarian (no meat & no fish) and she ordered the impossible burger. Everything was delicious until she found what looked like a whole shrimp on her burger, mixed with the crispy onions (the waitress and manager both agreed it was some type of seafood). Now, I'm allergic to seafood (not horribly allergic, but I don't eat it) and the person I was with doesn't eat any meat or seafood. The manager was brought over and he was confused how the fish got in the food and asked if we ordered anything else... He told us that the fish was fried in a separate fryer on the opposite side of the room and continued on about how he had no idea how that could have even happened. By the time he came over I had already payed. The wasn't found until the end of the meal and I was looking to leave. At the end of the trip all we received was just a half hearted apology and a "I'll talk with the kitchen." I expected more from a place that takes pride in consideration of food allergies. Just be sure to check your food for cross contamination. I live 5 mins from this location but I've started traveling to the...
