Had the worst experience at this location today. Asked to speak to a manager and he mentioned he was the manager! Terrible attitude. He doesn’t belong in the front. He is rude and needs to be in the back. Went to get lunch today and asked for half Chicken half beef. Then barely put any meat so I then ask if they could give me extra chicken and I didn’t mind paying. They gave me a half spoon of chicken as extra. There was a cop next to me that got extra chicken and it was packed with meat. I then mention to the guy that was a manager that I don’t feel as if I got enough meat. He argues with me that it is because I got half and half. I then asked him to let me explain. He proceeds to disregard what I said. I then say can you remake the bowl then. He tells me that I have to get at the end of the line then. So then I’m like can I speak to a manager, he says he’s the manager. I then say I’ll just contact corporate. He tells me to go ahead. I then proceed to just pay for my order. I then said I was there to pick up 2 pick up orders and gave the names. He asked me for the confirmation emails or number. (We go here all the time for work and aren’t asked for them) I then leave without it and tell my coworker she has to go get the food herself. She goes there and the manager is rude to her as well. She mentioned how her food is now cold since it’s been sitting and how this is her 3rd time ordering from there this week and others have picked up her order with no issue. This guy had to customer service and just lost customers from a near by company that visits this location weekly. All for what! It all started about...
Read moreAVOID THIS CHIPOTLE!! I work nearby and often times one of us will place a pick-up order for the whole group. In this case, I placed the order but was unable to pick it up at the time so I asked a co-worker to pick it up. This is where it goes south. The workers there informed my coworker that he needed to provide proof of the order or an ID, which has never occurred at any other Chipotle or fast-food pickup. They turned him away and by the time he told me and I got to Chipotle, it was at least 45 mins-1 hour old and cold. This has NEVER happened at any pickup location, Chipotle or other businesses. I asked the male employee (around 12:15pm on 10/7/24) if I could get the order re-made, he refused, and said it wasn't their fault and that the e-mail said pickup requires an ID... I pulled up my email after I departed and realized he lied and there is nowhere in my email confirmation that states I needed an ID to pickup. In fact, it specifically states "Go straight to the pickup shelf to grab your order." I'm not sure if he was an employee or manager, but he has ZERO customer skills and to him, the customer is never right. I usually have a lot of patience and understanding for the food industry but this was completely, and utterly unacceptable. This is an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand and I hope this is not going to be a norm across other Chipotle's. This location has lost my business, so proceed with caution if you have any issues with an order and dealing with the employees at...
Read moreI hope the reader does not misunderstand me when I am typing this: I find Chipotle's food enjoyable from time to time, and I visit this particular establishment once a week, but I always receive the same experience.
To start off, customer service is horrid; every employee seems rushed and does not consider the preparation of a meal for the diner. Toppings are thrown onto bowls, often resulting in messy food that do not signify what the menu promises. The manner in which meals are readied is unprofessional. During one of my visits, I ordered a bowl, and I informed the employees I intended to dine in; however, I was not given any tray to place my meal onto. I do not know why; perhaps they were out? My next visit I was offered a tray, which was clean, but not dry. I had to take time out of my lunch to dry the tray myself before finally eating my meal. You may think I am nitpicking, and to a certain degree I may be; but this factor ultimately nullifies the enjoyment of eating at Chipotle. Cashiers appear depressed and lack the energy to even smile when processing transactions.
The tables and floor are disgusting. There are times where I cannot find a good place to sit due to the countless residue of food on the table.
The food is good, but the manner the employees treat their customers and the restaurant environment itself...
