Cheng's China House — Restaurant in Chardon

Have been going here for a long time. WE ARE DONE!!! Their quart size is not true (worked in restaurants for years)and WILL NOT admit their fault. No refund, no help to make customer happy..Like 4 more pieces of chicken would have made a quart. It was not from "settling". They filled the empty space with broccoli that does not normally come with the meal. We spend between 30 and 50$ everytime we order from there.. WE ARE DONE! They have become greedy since the pandemic. Both the male and female counterpart became loud and rude with my husband (in front of other customers). If we could give 0 stars we would have. It is a shame we will now be taking our business out...

First things first, the food is incredibly overpriced for the small portion you get, the food is definitely processed food that was not cooked right, and all 3 members of my family got food poisoning from their food. We have given this place several chances since they changed ownership a few years ago.... Yesterday will be the last time I will spend my money here, I will go somewhere out of town. The quality of the food is not good at all. The chicken is always a weird texture and very stringy (every single time I've ordered it, it's been like this). Food tastes low quality, old and reheated. Crab Rangoon doesn't really have filling in it. The freezer section in the Marc's next door has way better options for less money.
