Chardon Square — Attraction in Chardon

Beautiful spot, festival parking could be better, especially for older folks. I took my dad here for the maple festival and for the designated parking you could find was just too far. I ended up having to drop him off and meeting him over there. Also, there wasn't much there for the older crowd, it was clearly set up for kids with minimal things for adults. I love going to the Chardon square anytime I need to take a break. There are picnic tables and benches all over the place, as well as places with a lot of shade. This area is great if you would like to just take a breather or enjoy some coffee and food out in a little forested area without taking a drive to a park. Went to the Maple Festival, the weather didn't cooperate, it was of course muddy from all the rain.
