I recommend anyone looking for diamonds, lab diamond, moissanites, and engagement rings all together to avoid this place. Low quality, overpriced, and poor service.

I purchased an engagement ring from them with the promise that I could return it as long as it was unworn, if I was turned down or she didn’t like the ring.

I was told at purchase that they have GIA certified diamonds, to which I have a signed paper by the manager who guaranteed the quality of the ring.

I was new to the jewelry world and I was taken advantage of. A week after I purchased the ring I got the certification. Which was not from GIA but from IGI. They also are unable to answer what manufacture they obtain their diamonds from.

Also, they heavily recommended me not resizing the ring I was purchasing, although my fiancé has a bigger ring size. That was a mistake because she has never even gotten to wear it.

I felt that the price of the diamond was not reflecting the quality or quality of service I received. I wanted to return it.

Well it turns out that they don’t accept returns, although they told me otherwise verbally. I was naive. But they offered me to trade it in.

I have a braided wedding ring and I expected the sizing to put a notable imperfection in the design, but they did it so well I can hardly tell where they cut the ring.
