Another pretentious bakery that serves over priced dried goods. I took my family in for some donuts last time I was in Folly on vacation. FIRST OFF…I don’t mind spending more money on anything that is of a higher quality than its competition. I would much rather spend more money on something that stands out and is better versus saving money on a run of the mill product. If given the option, I will always go for the more expensive, better quality item over its less expensive counterpart. But….their donuts lacked any flavor and moisture for that matter. It was reminiscent of going to a old fashioned donut shop and getting something from their discount bin. The section they have where they put out day old baked goods. You could go to any other local donut shop and cut their donuts in to a square and you would have a better, probably more tastier donut than spending $3+ on one of these.

Plus, this place really lacks any customer service. I commented multiple times that I didn’t know what I wanted. That I didn’t know what any of these flavors included. Never once did the employee offer up any details on what they had or suggestions. She never once explained what she had in the case and any flavors they offered. Save yourself money and time by going to any other local shop or even a Walmart and get better tasting...

Two things first; 1. I travel a LOT for work and 2. I have an infatuation for doughnuts.

This place may be my favorite doughnut shop I've found in America. Luckily for me I was traveling with family this time so I got to try six different donuts this am. The apple fritter is for sure the best fritter I've ever had. Ever-so crispy on the exterior, perfectly dense dough, and non overpowering glaze. The Bavarian creme was awesome; much more complex a filling than just 'pudding'. It was a mild vanilla bean cream. So good. The maple waffle thing was awesome too. With a creamy maple filling. This was the sweetest of our bunch but still had a pure maple flavor, not just sugar. Our lattes were great too. two shots of espresso made complimented the whole milk perfectly. Lastly, the sunlight and houseplants made the space full of morning joy. I'm glad I don't live nearby otherwise I'd be 1000lbs from going here every day. Well done guy and...

Really disappointed with my Uber eats order. Did not get 4/6 of the flavors in the description, and paid extra for specialty flavors- which is even more annoying. Totally understand if things aren’t available (I order from donut/ bake shops all the time on delivery apps and haven’t had this problem), but then you replace those items with equally priced items or other specialty flavors… or you contact the customer or you charge them less. Also you also don’t put 4/6 of the same plain flavors (not even specialty flavors) in a variety box. No I don’t want two chocolate donuts with sprinkles and two glazed donuts- might I add, neither of which were supposed to be included in this variety box description. Such a rip off. There is such a thing as contacting a customer if you can’t deliver a product, canceling the order, or reducing the price of their order. Any of which I would’ve preferred over...
