AVOID THIS MCDONALDS. First Let me say I don't have 1 bad experience and decide to write a bad review. I have visited this place many times in my travels and every time there is issues to say the least. Lets start with the owner himself. He is rude and dismissive of his clientele. Embarrasses employees in front of dine in guest. Sure, it's your franchise but how about not double parking your Corvette during peek hours so the customers have somewhere to park. The majority of the staff is rude, doesn't pay attention to orders being given and a lot of them are sloppy in appearance on most days.
The store is appalling.food bits all over the floor and on the seats in the dining area, bathrooms are disgusting always, you have to ask for supplies such as napkins, drink lids, straws, etc most of the time. When you do ask employees just sigh as if you are the biggest pain in their side.
Orders consistently are incorrect. You ask for anything special and you will get something entirely different. I have even received completely different sandwiches all together.
Giving the correct change is also another problem here. I got to the point where I would only use a debit card because i was getting short changed a lot. I would go in to tell the manager and they said " well how am I supposed to know you didn't really have more then that?" I said "count the till" I was then told "we are not doing that, were trying to fill orders right now"
**Corporate office needs to do several unannounced surprise visits to this location.

Read moreThis McDonalds has really gone downhill over the last few years.
They seem to have a lot of staffing inside but very few people are helping to keep lines moving. I can honestly say that every time I've been inside to pick up food I always get an ear full of "babies mama drama" or listen to some disgruntled employee complaining about one thing or another.
The drive through has recently received a new renovation; two drive thru lanes. One of these drive thru lanes always has an orange cone blocking potential customers from using it. Im not sure if this is due to a lack of staffing inside or are these menu computers actually broken (week after week)
On many occasions at this location I have received the wrong food, missing food or incorrect change back.
The store is generally clean right around the counter where you place your order but the rest of the store has a lot of trash at the tables that need to be wiped before you can sit and eat.
I have contacted the general manager at this location more then once and his attitude closely resembles the stores appearance and poor service.
On a positive note there are a few hard working and friendly individuals who work at this location but they are a select few. I wish it was enough to turn this location around but I'm sure those few will move onto other opportunities in the near future.
So stop on in if you have a half hour to kill in a drive thru and don't mind cleaning up after the person before you if you choose to dine inside.

Read moreMe and my crew was there to eat 10 mins before 7:00am. Now there sign says they open at 6:00am. Well being we weren't there at 6:00am it didn't matter. We did wait 10 mins till 7:00 am. When we were approached by a nice lady working that said all her help laid out of work that day and we would half to use drivethru. Her having no help,Bless her heart,it would have been a while for her to cook food and serve us. That would have been 1 hour of no production of my crew paid on company time because we chose to stop by there. McDonald's,How would you feel to give 1 hr of labor to all your employees who did nothing but wait on another franchise? It's not funny,your time on sign was misleading and you workers truly dont understand business values and how to commit to the franchise's expectations of them. My crew and I will never go back because your unreliable. In return makes my estimate time when stopping there before jobs unreliable. I want make a unprofessional decision like that. It wasn't 1 person that cause this but a team of 4 to 5. But I will give credit to the one women I seen trying to start that location up by herself.
