Won't be going here again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff was not paying attention at all. When their friends would approach, they'd stop making my drink and make their friends' drinks. Finally, they filled my cup up too much of hot tea, and handed me the cup in such a poor fashion that made spilling inevitable. Burning hot tea spilled all over my hand and over a lady's important documents. It hurt, very much. Bought a venti drink today at this specific branch and gave me a grande instead. I told the barista about it and she was like “the only difference between grande and venti was the toppings” after that she carelessly pour my drink to the venti cup and added more whipped cream.
