Thanks to Gen Manager Civitello I purchased a product which was not what I wanted and not what Civitello represented I would be getting. Of course, the one I got was more expensive by 65%. Civitello explained how his multiple mistakes and lack of awareness about products sold and what was featured in his stores website resulted in the mixup and overcharge. He asked if there was anything he could do to which I suggested a refund for the difference seemed appropriate. He refused stating that the CB system does not allow partial refunds. Takes a greedy bunch of nerve to come up with a weak excuse like that! But policy is policy so expect no satisfaction when your food choice is substandard / bad. Line was pouring out of the restaurant, but we made it to the counter and left with our food in the span of 15-20 minutes.
