Now, this review will serve no purpose to the business itself, as you can see a long history of poor business yet no change...but I'd like to share my horrible experience for warning for future customers, I'd suggest go elsewhere unless you absolutely love horrible customer service and food.... On way to beach, family wanted wendys, why not. Stopped in drive through, placed order, paid then was handed my food....like always when get fast food, we pull forward and check our food. Well we literally got only half of what we ordered,, and what we received was made wrong...okay not the end of the world, went inside to explain we missing some food and showed them the food made wrong......immediately I was questioned like a criminal! Refusing to give me my missing food , talking to me like a dog! Literally arguing with me in a raised voice....I simply invited staff to go search my truck....I have no need to try and get $15 worth of free food.....after arguing with staff for a few they gave me my food I PAID for..... Shut this place down, its constantly horrible customer service. If cant get quality employees it's not worth destroying your reputation. Shut it down or train your staff on customer service....
Read moreI just wanted to get an ice cream for my bro - waited in line for at least 10 mins and when I finally got to the register we were straight up ignored for three. I said hello a couple times every 30 seconds, my brother a couple times a little louder, so by the 10th time no one answered, my brother said in a joking voice, “hello, bruh???” the girl responds in the most demeaning voice ever, “I KNOW you know that is not funny, because you know that we’re open - just WAIT a minute.” Since this girl was coming after my brother, I jokingly respond, “Oh, it’s okay, we don’t find you funny either.” To which she responds “Well fine, you can just drive away because I’m not serving you…” and what not in a progressively more aggressive tone with each passing second. Wasn’t aware servers of said lower positions were allowed to turn away paying customers simply because they said “hello???”, so I proceeded to cuss her out, which was a favor she inevitably returned. I sat in their drive-thru for at least 20 minutes just waiting to order then when I get to the window my order is incorrect my food is cold and the sauce that they offer with my meal was not in my bag which took another 5 minutes of waiting after I blew my horn to get the rude workers attention that my sauce have been missing. Why do people take jobs that they don't want to do? Why come to work with an attitude when you're in the customer and food service industry? What is it going to take for these corporations to get rid of these ungrateful lazy disrespectful workers? Then my stomach hurt for 2 days after eating there I wouldn't be surprised if my food had been tampered with because it was made incorrectly and I politely asked that it be corrected.
