Beech — Restaurant in Charleston

Popped in on a slow sunday. I was happy there was no line as my elderly mom was waiting for her smoothie in the car(she was the reason I pooped in). The girl at the register said Hello you can use the kiosk over there. Stunned as she was at the register....I went to the kiosk to try to figure out how to order one smoothie. A woman and her son entered and the girl immediately took their order!!!! I felt like she shoved me off to the kiosk for no reason as then another person enters and orders with her. Then I wait.....and wait....those three orders fly out of there. I ask is mine still coming?? Then they make mine. I was there for almost 20 minutes. It was awfully rude and even though mom liked her smoothie I doubt I'll return. Good Customer service is my life and I dislike when it's not offered to me since it's what I do for...

Love Beech DOWNTOWN but this one is trash. Got two açaí beech bowls. One add almond butter. One bowl was beautiful and full to the top. One was literally a half bowl. I said eh whatever I don’t like to complain because I work food and bev and I know it’s frustrating. But when I checked neither had almond butter. Checked my receipt. I was charged for it. I asked the kid, hey one is supposed to have almond butter. He dug around in both bowls and said “this one has it”. I didn’t want to argue so I left. Got home guess what……… neither had almond butter. So my order was wrong AND I got gyped half the ingredients in one bowl. Let’s just say I’ll be driving the extra 12 minutes to downtown. Sad shame cause I’d go everyday to this one since it’s so close if I could but totally not worth wasting the money on the subpar food to save...

Came here on 1/4/25 at 5:45pm. They close at 6:00pm. The doors were already locked. There were two girls inside that saw me. I knocked and they didn’t answer. As I was walking away they opened the door and asked if I was here to get an online order. I said I wasn’t and that I wanted to get a bowl real quick. They said they were closed. I said don’t you close at 6:00?? She said “yes but we already turned everything off.” I get it was close to closing but it wasn’t closing time yet and to have the doors locked and then also come out because you thought I was someone else and STILL say no is messed up. I literally never leave bad reviews but I’m pregnant and really wanted this and this really ticked me off. You were in there. You saw me. You TALKED to me. You should not have...
