BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Charlevoix

I go on BOGO Wednesdays. I order a tea, I don’t drink coffee, so I never know what to order for my friends. They are very good at explaining all the options to me! The thing I like the MOST, is they KNOW I don’t like strong tea, I don’t even have to ask them to remove the tea bag anymore! They also put the cream cheese ON the bagel. I’ve been to other stores and they give you one tiny little tub of cream cheese in the bag….in a drive through. I will not stop at that store again...

Erica and Kara are the best two baristas hands down there. They remember you by your voice and know what you want! I go there often and they are just the two nicest ladies I’ve had the experience to get my morning wake up from. 💛 If you don’t know who I’m talking about, I strongly urge if you go in there to say hi to those two. You won’t forget their kindness and warm...

The people that work here are some of the kindest, funniest people I've ever met! Even when it's busy, they stop and make sure to welcome you! Everyone there is so hard working and dedicated, and you can tell that they're a community and not just employees! Not to mention, the drinks and bragels...
