Eaten her many times, but recently the server at the window, on most days it seems, Elizabeth has been acting very rude to me. She and I knew each others, roughly, through school and since then I have chosen to change my name. I have talked to her about this at least 3 times now since they ask for my name every time I order, and she still refuses to call me by name.
I hate to give such a negative review, but now it's not just her. other employees are now calling me by a dead name despite me always using my new one, likely due to her changing all of my info on the prep slip to register as my dead name. I eat here twice a week or so since the quality of their food is normally spot on, however, I have received several meals missing items, having incorrect items in or on the food, and seemingly getting forgotten about in the lot waiting upwards of 40 mins after ordering and paying to receive basic items like a burger and fries.
I fully admit if not for the woman, Elizabeth, I'd likely give a much higher score as it's mainly just her ruining, almost, every experience I have there. The rest of the employees are nice and friendly, but I am shocked by how much pressure they're willing to put on their staff, especially new people running registers completely alone during rush with little to no help. I've also heard of the whole crew getting stressed from the manager and the general working conditions. Though they did change managers not to long ago so that might've changed.
Thank you for reading, for those looking to see if this place is good to eat at, eh, likely if you get time and don't want to sit inside a restaurant. For those reading that work at culver's, I hope Elizabeth is going to at least get a talking to for being an unwelcoming force. As for Elizabeth, I prefer never talking to someone as generally unwelcoming and...
Read moreYou have to be kidding me. My husband drove 35 minutes there, and 35 minutes back, to get me fish and fries. He gets home with his burger, my son's chicken sandwich, 3 orders of fries and 1 cole slaw.
NO fish.
35 minutes each way.
So, he takes the receipt and drives back 35 minutes, each way, to get the FISH part of my fish dinner. This is now more than an hour and a half after the order was originally placed. More. Than. An. Hour. And. A. Half.
So, the guy at the counter doesn't give my husband a hard time about not including the fish in the order to begin with. Great.
Looking at the receipt, placed an HOUR and a half earlier, he gives my husband a bag with two pieces of fish. No fresh fries. No offer for fresh fries. He sees the time on the receipt: 5:00 PM. It's now 6:30 PM.
My dinner at home is now ice cold fries, cole slaw with a giant inedible cabbage stem in the middle and 2 pieces of fish, actually ordered 2 hours before Woot.
Probably not going back. I wanted so much to love these guys. I suppose they just aren't...
Read moreFirst of all I just want to say that I really like and enjoy the butterburger and think it is the best burger available, however apparently building a sandwich to order seems to be a really difficult job. Ordered through drive through and ordered 2 butterburger singles with cheese, one with just mustard and ketchup and other one with everything except onions. Was told to pull up and meal would be brought out to us, after about 20 minutes went inside to find out what was going on to find out they never put our order through, after standing there waiting was handed our order, went out to car to discover the burgers were made wrong so went back in and they made new burgers only to find out after going out to car that no cheese was on either burger so I go back in and tell them and they made our burgers for a third time but still was not correct, we just ate them. I really don't see how a business can be successful operating this way but wish them the...
