Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charlevoix

The only thing good about our experience at this restaurant yesterday was the pizza. First we could only pay with cash because " our computers are down". Then another employee says our manager is in petoskey buying a new computer, what did they do drop it on the floor? The girl was like are you staying I said let me count my cash, surprisingly I had enough. Finally we were taken to the dining room... It was filthy, only 2 tables were set with placemats so I assume the rest were dirty. Food all over the floor crumbs on several of the dirty tables. We sat at a cleanish table and waited then another girl came and got our order. I asked as I looked around were you really busy in here this afternoon? She said ya. So I figured it would get cleaned soon. Nope... There were only 2 tables the entire time we were there.. I counted at least five or six people working. Someone should have come out and started cleaning. The air conditioning in the dining room was not working either there was a box fan on one of the tables. Thankfully the pizza and garlic bread were yummy. When we were done eating we used the bathroom, not clean either.. Toilet paper and a dirty sock on the floor in there. Weird!! The last thing was the girl at the register. She asked what did you have I have to find your bill. I gave her the money and she rudely asked do you want your change. Yes!! Of course I do. I wanted to ask for a manager but already knew the person wasn't there because they were in a different town buying a computer... We won't...

My family went to dinner here last night it’s about 45 min away from our cottage & we’ve been wanting to get this pizza for quite some time & never made the trip we arrive to find out that dining room was closed :( we couldn’t believe it because of course we checked the hours before heading there ~( they're short staffed at the moment ) the server had a change of heart & decided he’d stay , I felt so badly about that but also felt bad because our grandson was with us and wanted to try the amazing PIZZA HUT pizza that me and his grandpa went on & on about , so we were very grateful to the server . The pizza WAS amazing and exactly what i remember & this rarely happens ! The entire place was a step back in time and brought back such nice memories for our son as well that was with us . This is an absolute MUST if you grew up on Pizza Hut 80-90’s era , you’ll be quite pleased with the food ( seriously the same ) the clean restaurant with the old fashioned vibe & obviously the service is wonderful & dedicated. We ordered way more food than we ever could eat ~ but wanted to freeze some & I’m happy we overspent there . ( 3 large , 2 breadsticks ) I hope this place stays in business because it’s a lost gem everywhere else . We’re going to come back...

I'm not sure where to start. We walked in with a party of 6, and the lady at the register appeared put out that we wanted to dine in. We and one other couple were the only ones in the restaurant. It was 7:30pm. The waitress takes our order and tells us, after we have been sitting there for 30 mins waiting for our food, that she forgot to turn in our order. Asks us if we just want water and salad bar. We said no, we would really just like our pizza. A couple in our party had just driven into town and were tired. We waited another 25 mins for our pizza. Ate pizza, starving at this point. Order desserts. Long story short, several long hairs were pulled off of several pizza slices, and a hair out of the brownie dessert looked like pubic hair. The lady running the register was also making the food. No hair net. Her hair was long and not pulled back. As we checked out, she realized she is also handling people's money and making food. Not washing her hands. Disgusting and super unsanitary! Absolutely, I do not recommend this...
