Bojangles — Restaurant in Charlotte

I only give this one star because the food really is great, when you get the correct order that is.. Unfortunately the staff were extremely rude. laughing and joking with each other, and ignoring me while I was trying to get her attention to ask for the napkins and sauces (that I had already requested while placing the order) talking on their cell phone when I pulled up to the window clearly having an important conversation with someone just not with me, the customer.. it's a running joke in my household that if you make the mistake of not checking every single item before you leave the parking lot, we almost always have to drive allll the way back. Things are made incorrectly or just missing altogether. You will never get napkins unless you ask for them specifically, and check to make sure you have them before you leave.. Again, all of these things could be considered accidents or minor mishaps that would be easy to ignore and overlook, if the employees were nice pleasant people, who actually made you feel welcome instead of making you feel like you were intruding upon their day.. this is happened so many times I really don't like going to this location! The only area where they make up for this, is the quality of their food. Got to give credit where credit is due, and the food is really really good. No one can come close to that awesome Bojangles flavor!!! I just really wish the employees would get it together..and I do want to say that not all the employees are like this I've encountered two or three really nice people, unfortunately it just doesn't make up for the majority of the staff being so...

If I can give this store/establishment a Negative 20 and Negative Grade like a F or F -, I Would. I never a knew or imagine that a recently renovated building that would enlist inhabitants, that consist of 7 to 8 individuals. would sit on their phone and commence a idle mode for general purposes of not wanting to waste additional energy, can be so "exhausting". it seems like they didn't want to be disturb when asking for hygiene items-- such as Paper towel, Soap, and Hand Sanitizer with a operative hand dryer, that is in the restroom. Then, the fact that one of the Cashier had the Galls to have an attitude when asking for a napkin to dry off my hands... let alone ask for some food, that was not going to be a "expendable" task that they was currently doing... which was NOTHING and playing on their phone, ONCE again. I also admire the fact the Shift Manager stated " I do not have the key to the shed to supply the restroom for the items that is needed. I don't know what to tell you."- As I reiterate the comment about the items missing in the bathroom, that should have been the #1 priority-- since it was a dead zone at the time. makes you warm inside to know, if I WAS working this day and this was the building that was selected to be inspected by me --viewing hygiene practices and food code enforcement..... I would gladly shut them down for the entire season of the Summer and the duration of the 2024 and recertified them in 2026. Hello, I just had the worst experience ever at this location. The drive thru line was unavailable so I went inside to go order. I waited a good five minutes to place my order because the lady at the register took her time talking to her coworkers. There were about 7-8 workers in the back just talking and hanging out not working or caring. The lady finally took my order and was very rude. She didn’t care about doing her job or even try to take my order. I repeated myself 5 or more times. And she told me I can’t do two side items on a Bosize combo. She kept changing my order on the screen, and they were wrong every time. She got frustrated and gave me attitude and yelled for her manager to come take my order. The manager was a kind lady but she still tried to scheme me out of my order. She tried to overcharge me for a Bosize fries as a family fry and then try to ring up my order in individual items. I Bosized both my orders and she handed me two regular size cups, instead of two large cups, so I had to ask for two large cups. The drink station was a mess and there was a huge spill on the floor and counters and nobody cleaned it up even though there were 7-8 people in the back. I got my order and I was missing two biscuits, and I know they come with almost every meal there. They were also out of barbecue sauce. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced at Bojangles. Very unhygienic and...
