I had the "special biryani" which was topped with Chicken 65. Being somewhat of a spicy foods fanatic, I wanted to try the dish at an 8 or 9 out of 10 (spicy scale), but the woman suggested I go with 5 as I'd not been there before. It was fairly spicy, and I can see why the lady thought it would be spicy enough for me, but I'll definitely go with a 9 next time. --->Unless you eat scorpion peppers, reapers, etc...listen to the woman and stick with 5. Don't mess up your meal because you're cocky.<--- The biryani was some of the best i've had, with at least three full chicken legs cooked into it. Combined with the Chicken 65 on top, it was a massive amount of food for $20. More than half was left after I was finished. I also had the chicken momos, fried. Those were also excellent. How does this compare to Curry Gate? Pretty much identical, as they'll soon be changing their name to Curry Gate, adding another location to their local chain. Meal took about 12 minutes to come to my table, much less time than expected. The people were very nice and happy to see the customers. The place was clean and would have been quiet had there not been a loud exercise class next door.

Catching up on reviews. I had dinner from here via Uber Eats on Wednesday, 09-07-22. Had another hectic day with work & everything else. This order had enough food to cover me for dinner & lunch the following day. I love Indian food. I also love cheese & will typically order Tikka Masala Paneer to get a feel of the restaurant. Since I was able to specify the spice level, I chose 10. I was given plenty of rice. I chose to experiment & try some of the desserts. They had more available than I usually see on menus at Indian restaurants. I really enjoyed the Gajar Halwa. I love carrots, so it was good to get a different taste of them. I only gave 3 stars instead of 4 is because of what seemed to be plastic mixed in. I'm not sure if a fork broke or what, but it wasn't a pleasant experience to be chewing & coming across what you see on top of the containers in the pictures The Gulab Jamun was ok. Probably wouldn't order it again. I really love cheese so I enjoyed the Rasmalai. I'd order it again. Aside from whatever was going on with the Gajar Halwa, I did enjoy my order. I haven't decided if I'd order from here again.

Hands down the tastiest Momo I've eaten at any Nepalese restaurant in the U.S. I'm Nepali so trust me when I say, the rest of their menu is great as well. Went there for lunch buffet. Only $9.99 per person with just the right amount of choices. There was enough vegetarian choices to satisfy all the vegetarians. The spicy chilli paste to boost the flavor and the Nepali milk tea (Chiya/chai) to end the meal was perfect. Will definitely come back and I'll recommend this place to anyone craving Nepalese or Indian food. (Forgot to take pictures of rest of the food cause I was too busy eating them. Lol)

We tried this place shortly after they first opened, and while my daughter wasn't impressed, I thought it was decent. I went to lunch there once since that time, and it was again decent. Tonight we walked in and were seated quickly. My daughter went to wash her hands and I went when she returned. I was appalled at the condition of the restroom. Only one (dirty) soap dispenser worked and the automatic paper towel holder was broken. One would have thought they'd have filled their regular old dispenser, but there was just a roll of towels sitting on the counter. This means the previous person touched the roll in order to tear some off for themselves. Pretty gross, as we all have different standards of hand washing. There was also toilet paper all over the floor. I didn't look in the stalls because I wanted out of there asap.

I really try not to freak myself out by thinking about the previous person touching my paper towels, or the waiter carrying dirty glasses back to the kitchen with his fingers inside them, because he probably washed his hands, right?

The two servers (I think one was a busser) were friendly and very knowledgable, but our food took forever. We ordered appetizers from the kid who sat us, and 20 minutes later we mentioned them to our server, who was surprised to hear we'd ordered them. It still took a long time after that to get them. Our entrees also took a very long time. We got there around 8 and it was close to 10 when we left. That's ridiculous for a restaurant that had four or five tables at any given time. I don't understand it, but the combination of the bathroom conditions and how long our food took made us agree that we...

EDIT: I’m leaving the original review because I want everyone to know about the great customer service. After leaving the original review, the owner requested that I contact them. In the end, the food was replaced and the staff was extremely friendly and understanding. They didn’t have to replace the items and they didn’t have to provide explanation but they did. Great customer service and delicious food. Definitely my go-to!

The food is SO GOOD....when the heat is consistent. I’ve ordered 4 times. First order: heat of 4. Perfect. Second order: heat of 3. Just a hair too spicy but still able to eat it because...it’s so good. Third order: still nervous from last order. Heat of 2. Absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of spice. Weirdly like the time I ordered a 4. Fourth order: heat of 2. Like licking the face of the sun. Completely inedible. Tasted nothing and couldn't stomach more than 2 bites.

I hate complaining about foods that are stereotypically spicy because spicy is relative to each person. However, how is it possible that I can eat a 4 one time and can’t stomach more than 2 bites of a 2. I love some spicy but this has myself and others with sweat on our brows....at a 2. We haven’t been able to get the same experience twice which is the true issue. The food itself is stellar when you...
