Burger King — Restaurant in Charlotte

Last night on (9/3) I ordered the 2 entire meal (2 Impossible kings with no cheese). When I got home I removed the buns and realized that they put cheese on the burgers then scrapped the cheese because there were still pieces of cheese left on the burgers.

I called back immediately. I spoke to Ebony and she was so kind to us, wrote down our correct order and told us to come back the following or Tuesday-Friday during her work schedule.

We decided to come back tonight, we explained our order mishap to a guy with dreads and he literally had to ask us 4X about the details of our order as if he was not listening or "something".

We got home and realized that our Impossible whoppers have cheese on them. We called back and Tasha answered the phone, she asked me who as if she was answering a personal phone. I explained their mishap last night and advised that the same thing just happened. She became irrate, she yelled and said, "why are you calling back now, we are about to close, why are you calling about something that happened last night". I said if you would allow me to finish my sentence, what happened last night, happened again. She said, "we didn't do that again", I said you did, she said, "why didn't you just come back"? (even though she just told me that they are about to close???) I said I wasn't coming back tonight, she interrupt me for the 10th time advising me to come back in the morning because "we didn't do that again ma'am". I advised her that I wasn't asking to coming back tonight, I just wanted to make her aware that they put cheese on our Impossible burgers again. She attempted to end the phone call then I released the call before she could. The 2 employees that I dealt with tonight were extremely unprofessional and lack active listening skills.

This was done on purpose because Tasha was already on the defense as soon as I called. She also knew exactly what I was talking about even before I completed my sentence.

I wish I would have checked the burgers before leaving the parking lot, I had a feeling that they would mess the...

A Complete Disaster of a Burger King - Avoid at All Costs

This Burger King is, hands down, the worst fast-food experience out there. The owner should either sell or close it because if they saw how this place operates, they'd be ashamed.

No matter when you go, it’s chaos. Orders take ages – I've waited up to two hours for one! Today, after picking up my food from a different Burger King three miles away, I checked back here, and the same cars were still waiting in the drive-thru. Uber drivers and other delivery folks looked ready to explode, taking on multiple orders just to pass the time.

The staff's attitude is just as bad. They look bored and uninterested – like zombies. The place itself? Filthy. It’s obvious no one cares, from the dirty hands handling the food to the complete lack of hygiene. And the women on shift are more concerned with heavy makeup and long nails, as if they're dressed for a party rather than handling food. It’s genuinely disgusting.

If you value your time, money, or even basic cleanliness, avoid this Burger King...

I placed a small order via the app on 12-26-21. I ordered a big fish sandwich using accumulated rewards points and a side salad.

There was a wait inside of the restaurant. Once my order was called, the woman told me that they no longer served salads & I'd need to request a refund via the app. I immediately requested the refund. It appeared that whoever was handling the request did not speak English as their first language. They had an issue understanding what I was requesting until I sent a screenshot of the email receipt I'd received after completing my order. I received the refund on 01-02-22.

What you see pictured is exactly what I saw once I took the fish sandwich out of the bag. Whoever wrapped it knew the lettuce looked like that on the outside & chose to leave it that way. The lettuce didn't appear to be fresh.

I stopped here because I was at a nearby business, but I'm not sure I would return. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now...
