Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Charlotte

The employees act like they don’t care about the customers. They act like we are burden and we are asking them to do a favor. We went in to get the milkshake and supervisor didn’t know the deals that were going on during that time inspite of advertising the same deals in huge letters all over the store. She went to make me a milkshake and basically put one and half scoop with lot of milk so I can get a milk shake not the ice cream shake. The only reason I am putting my experience over here because I am former employee at dunkin and Baskin. I am at a complete state of disbelief at the way this location is ran. A short Hispanic guy and a tall black guy were working tonight around 8pm and they were so childish and unprofessional. I pulled up to the speaker to order 3 vanilla scoops of ice cream, he said he was out of vanilla so I said I’ll take chocolate. He then says “ok 1 cup of chocolate” and I said no I said 3 cups. I get to the window and the two boys are standing really close to each other giving me a side eye and laughing. And then the one guy took off running away so he didn’t have to ring me up. We came in 20 minutes before close and they had already shut up the ice cream. This resulted in us being told we were not allowed to get any. So we did not buy anything as this is what we came in for. If this location were not on the way home I'm sure we would never be back (which may still ring true). When you are a business and want to make money you don't make decisions to make customers unable to give it to you. Wait until close to shut things down. I would assume going home early (which in turn also makes you less money on your paycheck) is less important to the company and to the manager than sales dollars.
