Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Charlotte

I just left this place and wasn't really impressed. I happened to be in the area and wanted to get my Caribou fix. I haven't been to one since I moved here from the Midwest. It wasn't really what I was used to. The lady at the register was friendly. But the baristas weren't as friendly. I heard my name called when my drinks were ready and saw two unmarked drinks. I asked one of the ladies whose drinks these belonged to, and she kept asking me to repeat myself and looking at me as if she didn't understand what I was saying. I don't know if it was because of the loud music or what, but it was really annoying having to repeat myself 3-4 times. Then, the other barista finally chimed in and confirmed they were mine nonchalantly. It would have been nice if someone at least wrote my name on the drinks or at least gave me half the attention that they gave the guy who received his order after me. I ordered an iced turtle mocha, and I wasn't impressed with the quality of it. The Midwest...

Have been a regular for a few years and have always loved this spot. Recently, the quality has really gone down. My drinks are 75% ice. My typical drink is in the $7 range which makes this extra disappointing. Today I specified light ice and this is the drink I received. The baristas are incredibly personable and sweet so I think this is an actual caribou problem. The recipe yields a small amount and then you see the barista fill with ice until it looks “full”. This has been my experience for the past few visits and because of that, I am going to be looking for a new spot to frequent where I feel I get more for my money. $7 for a large that probably only had 8 oz of actual drink in it. Posting a picture of my drink today after I had it for just a few minutes. Such a waste of money! Again, the staff is incredible — I’m concerned this is more of a caribou sacrificing quality to increase profit...

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! First time here this afternoon and received the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Being my first time, I had some questions on the recipes (what kind of milk is standard, if they have a certain flavor) - if I’m paying $7 for a small iced coffee, I’d like it made how I typically get it at a different establishment…. The servers, Kylee and another blonde girl kept rolling their eyes at me every-time I asked a question and would give me a rude toned answer. These girl were trying to degrade me for asking questions. At one point, one of the girls started laughing at me as the other girl gave me the meanest look and spoke to me as I was a child. Not great hiring on management because these two have a case of entitlement and no sense of customer service. I will NEVER be returning to this location or establishment after that...
