Cook Out — Restaurant in Charlotte

Stopped by this afternoon. It was raining a little and just my luck, it started raining harder. As I was trying to pace my order, I asked to just come up to the window where A. I have a little cover grin the rain and B. I can hear this guy so I can place my order correctly. The guy was a bit rude bc I drove up. I had to keep my window up so the rain didn't get in my car so much as He took orders over the intercom. This clearly annoyed him as his condescending tone and facial expressions. IGNORING all this I tried to remain polite. As he hands me the food, I asked for a bag and he states "I dont have to give you a bag." I stated I need one and said that is new. I have not heard of such. He asked me what I said and so I repeat myself louder where he can hear. Then he says (my food still in his hands without a bag) "don't yell at me"

I just looked at this guy like he was an idiot, took my food and drive off. Never have I been treated so rudely at a fast food place, not that its often. Never again will I come here to this location. I am very tempted to call his manager and corporate I was so floored by his behavior.

I actually called and spoke with the manager on duty, Zee (sp?) He was VERY apologetic and VERY nice and understanding about the situation. This definitely results the higher star rating. I may visit again in future if I am on this side of town. They do have very delicious...

i used to love this place. food was always punctual, service was quick, and it was overall a great experience. for the past month, however, it has been the exact opposite. It has gone from riches to rags in the absolute worst way possible.

First off, the staff OBVIOUSY don't care about the current corona pandemic, as not a single staff member had their masks on. I witnessed one employee sneeze DIRECTLY into food before serving it. Second, every employee is so LAZY that the drive thru backs up right through the parking lot, preventing walkers from leaving after they waited 30 MINUTES for their food. Every time i've gone, the food has been cold, soggy, and more often than not incorrect. Just tonight, i witnessed 5 people IN A ROW complain about their order being incorrect. One employee once forgot to close the window, and i heard them insulting drive-thru customers when they couldn't hear.

I have no idea what happened, but the entire staff at this location needs to be fired. This isn;t the fault of one person, it's the fault of EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE currently working here, and a complete restructuring is necessary to earn my respect. This kind of "service" is completely unacceptable, and i will be contacting the corporate office to make a formal complaint about...

Call just now to tell them that they only gave me one patty that was cut in half to make it seem like I order a Big double cheese burger tray. They did that on purposes like I wasn't going to to lift up my bun or something the only thing she could say she apologize things happen well things do happen yes true indeed but not like this. So this requires for me to give you a review on how they would charge you for something you not getting if I could give zero stars I would want ever come back again... I wish they would have offered my money back for charging me for something I didn't get they are robbing people of their money please make sure your hands are clean to check your food when driving off because they are cutting one patty in half to make you think your getting two and putting other condiments would fool you thinking you have a nice 2 patty burger yeh right.... whoever is over this cookout is getting over on people and I mean big time so check your food if you eat here!!!!!!! I'll never come here again. May have to stop eating at all of the cookout's !!! This is the second one in Charlotte that's jacking up people food, like for real I'm paying money it's not like I'm getting it for free and if it was, I would still want what I asked for Damn!!!!!...
