The worst kfc I ever been to! The lady who took my order at the drive thru was very rude. I was ordering a 3 piece Nashville hot chicken tenders fries and a drink. I asked for coke, she offered Pepsi but I don't like Pepsi so I asked for sweet tea instead. Then she told me to pull up without telling me my total bc she didn't hear how many pieces of chicken I ordered so she had to adjust the total after I got the amount out that she told me it was. She then hands me a cup of Pepsi that had overflowed out of the cup. She didn't even attempt to clean it to before giving it to me. I tasted it because I knew it was not what I ordered! I told her I ordered sweet tea and she gave me Pepsi. She just looked really annoyed at this point and then proceeds to get a cup of tea for me. But this was a warm cup of unsweet tea with no ice! She tells me to move forward even though there was no other customers there and made me wait 10 extra minutes for my fries. I'm not going to lie, I am a little hesitant to eat my fries at this point. I didn't want to ask for another drink because I was scared that'll it'll get tainted. I got home and the food was a total disappointment. It was bland and it looked rushed. Read moreThe worst customer service ever & their management sucks...consistently....they dont even deserve one star....seeing all the cars wrapped around the building should have been an indication not to stop there but i figured, it was monday around 8pm and i needed dinner....I decided to go inside and placed my order, of course they did not tell me there was a wait on chicken, needless to say, i ended up waiting 20 minutes to get it..... they are deceptive to begin with, taking orders knowing we would have to wait for the chicken to cook....While I waited in the lobby, I saw several customers coming in complaining about the horrible customer service and incomplete order they received in drive thru.... After waiting 20 mins for my food, along with other waiting customers, i found that they left out my apple pies, so i had to wait another 10 mins for them to cook it... i got angry and told them to cancel my order, however they talked me out of it and again I waited.....this really upset me....no apologies, no compensation, no nothing....of course by the time I got my apple pies the chicken was cold and the biscuit hard. I wished I had never stopped at that location....I will never go there again & I will let everyone I know as well never to...
Read moreExtremely rude and unprofessional. We went through the drive thru while it was raining. We had a question about the menu and could not hear the worker on the other end. We asked if we could drive around to the window and it sounded like she said no, but again, we could not hear her. We pulled around to the window and she opened the window and did not speak. I preceded to ask my question. She does not answer and instead grabs someone else, maybe the team leader/manager? She was very rude and just said " We can't take orders at the window." I told her that I had a question and she very rudely said "what's the question?" I asked my question and she still didn't answer it and said that we could not order at the window. I told her that we could not hear them at the window and that is why we pulled around to which her response was "we can hear you." Mind you, no one was in front or behind us. Pure rudeness and laziness. It's fine if you really CAN'T take an order at the window, which you can, you just don't want to because you want to keep your time down, but you should still be well mannered and polite about it, especially in customer service.
