Las Meras Tortas — Restaurant in Charlotte

PUCHIS if you’re seeing this post, I am really mad !! Let me start off by saying the food was great… but customer service. It was TERRIBLE!! 1 tarde 20 min para poder aser mi orden. 2 cuando me dieron mi vaso de agua they didn’t close it well it is spilled. I asked the lady if they could mop it, and she rolled her eyes at me. 3 We asked for another, water, and they told me that we would have to pay for another one because I already had touched it.. 4 after waiting 10 min my husband went to check up on her food, and another lady gave him another drink and said she was sorry and that our food was on our way.. THANKS FOR THAT .. 5 when our food arrived I asked the server for a green sauce and she had the audacity to say they did not have green sauce… At this point, I will go over it. We had already finished the pool and as we were getting ready to go I saw a lady walking with 3 mini cups of GREEN sauce.!! I can honestly say I m not coming back !! Pero a mi family NOS ENCANTA TU...

Las Meras Tortas - A Disappointing Experience

If you’re looking for great customer service and delicious food, Las Meras Tortas is NOT the place to go. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The woman taking orders at the front clearly had no interest in serving me. She spent 10 minutes counting her drawer instead of taking my order, then let another customer cut in front of me. When she finally decided to take my order, she walked away mid-sentence and was rude the entire time.

The wait for the food was unnecessarily long, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t worth it. The pulled pork in the torta I ordered was dry and completely flavorless, and to top it off, the prices were outrageous. For $60 for three meals and three drinks, I expected at least decent service or good food, but I got neither.

It was clear they didn’t want me there, and honestly, I don’t plan on ever going back. Save your time and money, there are much better...

This is my third time coming in I always order a torta and get some bread and natural drink they got, this time I saw some bread 3 pieces 1.50 seemed reasonable since the bread is the old pro two days most, well I eat my torta outside and didn’t finish so I went for some bread and it taste funny, to notice it was rotten, I’m very disappointed I’m deff not coming back that’s poisonous ☠️ come on now I don’t even go back in to tell the manager,

I was very harsh on them I given them a second chance this time the bread was soo fresh I'm happy again 😋

Cane back w a bad chip on my card lady told me to leave, I've worked all types of card readers and theres always a way she told me leave the first try, rude so I came back bread was better tried pupusas I was enjoying myself regretting this comment but again the beans in the pupusa were pass...
