Ordered Won Ton soup and wings for pickup. Upon arriving the manager was talking on the phone taking an order and speaking to me at the same time. I advised her she could continue with her order if she preferred being that while i was trying to speak she was speaking to another customer on the phone so i was consistently asked to repeat myself. I then went home and began to eat the wonton soup. It was really gummy as though it wasn’t cooked all the way. I went back to the restaurant and asked if i could have it exchanged for a more thorough cooked wonton soup. The manager then was really rude and got angry and stated it was cooked and that i just wanted a refund. I asked for an exchange not a refund so i don’t understand why she judged immediately and was being really rude. She then opened her cash register drawer and slammed the amount of the sound in cash on the counter at me. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she was frightened from the hostile energy. I will never go back. This was a really sad and unfortunate encounter. Please go else where if your looking for great customer service and well cooked food. I did food inspection in the United States Army. Trust when I say it WAS NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY and with it containing pork the safety pro cautions of consuming it raw is...
Read moreFirst and foremost the customer service is horrible. The young lady at the register seemed bothered by simple requests. When I asked questions about the menu the questions where answered in a very nasty tone. The food is not worth the money you spend on it. I ordered shrimp fried rice with 10 honey wings. 1 the shrimp were undercooked, transparent and slightly slimy, and there were only 5 shrimp. For a $4 increase for shrimp fried rice that is ridiculous. I took my food back in and politely asked to exchange it out for a different kind of rice and was once again met with an attitude by the young lady at the register. I tried getting her attention 1 more time to inform that i didn't want onions and was ignored. When I finally got her attention the food was already done so the cookbook had to start over. I watched him wash the sauce off of my chicken cook new rice than tossed my wings back in sauce again I'm assuming to reheat them. End the end it was a 45 minute process, 2 orders had to be redone, my rice was watered down and my chicken was under seasoned and soggy, after being left out so long. If I could give them negative...
Read moreI recently moved to this side of town. I had a taste for Chinese food and wanted to find a good place in the area. I was very disappointed with this place. I ordered take out. There weren't any issues with delivery. I ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. It was $10.99, so it wouldn't process because I was one cent from tge minimum order for delivery. I added a shrimp egg roll. The rice was yellow rice with a few chopped white onion, a few unseasoned and uncleaned shrimp and no seasoning. No vegetables, egg or bean sprouts. The wings were HUGE, very unnatural! They may have started out crispy but were soggy because they were placed in the same container as the steaming rice. The wings weren't seasoned either. The eggroll was hard on the outside and gummy on the inside. This was easily the worst Chinese food that I have ever had. No care was put in preparing or packaging the food. Even with rising prices, rice is inexpensive and can easily be prepared to be delicious with minimumal cost; to not do so screams'I don't care!"I would have felt better if I had simply thrown the $20 bill in the trash. This was a one and...
