Cook Out — Restaurant in Charlotte

I live nearby and have been a loyal customer at this Cook Out location for a while. It used to be a reliable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has taken a serious decline since a particular employee — a woman working the drive-thru with an obviously bad wig — began taking orders. Every time she handles my order, it’s incorrect. The first incident involved me ordering hot dogs, only to get home and discover I had been given corn dogs. When I returned to have the order corrected, she was dismissive and rude, insisting I re-enter the drive-thru line instead of simply fixing the mistake. Tonight was the final straw. On May 14tg at 11:40pm I ordered food and a HUGE drink. When I got to the window, she handed me a LARGE instead. I pointed out the issue and offered to pay the difference. Instead of resolving the situation, she repeatedly shut the window in my face mid-sentence, refusing to take my payment or acknowledge the mistake. Eventually, she begrudgingly swapped the cups — not out of professionalism, but clearly just to get me out of her line. She then snatched the cash from my hand and threw the cup back at me with the lid halfway on, causing the drink to spill all over my hand and down the side of my car. The entire exchange was appalling. Her attitude, blatant disrespect, and complete lack of customer service are unacceptable. Very disappointed! Bought 2 cook out trays, With corn dogs and one of the trays had a upgraded to a shake. What did we get not what we usually get a small little shake I pay extra for that I always get a regular size. We also asked for mustard and ketchup etch up we got 1 mustard 4 honey mustards no napkins no ketchup. So I asked for Mustard on the side my cashier KEYASIA said they didn't have any so I asked do you not put mustard on your sandwiches, she said yes, I said OK could I have a side of that. Her response' rolled her eyes and completely ignored me, this is customer service really? I go to cook out at least 3 times a week. Is this a new thing ignore the customer your loyal customers. I just wanted a side of mustard and then the trays sides if you want to call it that. Yes our sides were Cajun fries which was more cajun than fries and cheese bites, which were 5 little bites that were the size of a dime did we get the bottom of the bag? I may as a loyal customer give cook out another chance but I'm not really feeling it!! This was very very disappointing shame on...

This cookout is very packed all the time. There's good reason for that though because it is got great food this is Cook-Out that I go to it's a little bit further than the one right down the road but this one's a better one always fast foods always fresh and the staff is always nice. Don't matter if you go through drive-thru or you walk up window still the same fast nice and friendly service. The parking lot more than another fast food place and even with that the parking lots always clean easy to manage and get through and it's very convenient for me to hit on the way home from work. And I am a true fat kid at heart so I'll try a little bit of everything on the menu. Plus the sweet tea there is so much better than the other fast food place that claims they got the best sweet tea. So far the narrow it down load of picking the favourite I would probably have to say the barbecue tray with a strawberry milkshake.
