I really used to like the place and the food..Not anymore!! Sanitation Grade is 91% had I known this I probably would not have ordered.. one minor issue got turned into sooo much more than what it needed. Id waited over an hour for my delivery and i literally live 2 mins away..I paid the delivery fee plus a 10% tip with my card online. The driver forgot my drink and said he would be right back...NEVER RETURNED...I called and was told that he hadnt even come back to the restaurant. I then have to go to the restaurant to the rest of my order...so now im my own delivery driver...NEVER An apology, never offered my drink..i was told i needed to wait for the manager...I wanted my delivery fee and tip back...I showed her my receipt where id been charged and she told me i paid the driver and need to wait for the driver...See Receipt...I also asked where the shrimp were in my shrimp fried rice..she told me I must have eaten them...Really? I hadnt even had time to taste my food after an hour wait for delivery then 30 mins of trying to get product I paid for and you want to basicly say I ate food that had just been delivered...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...RUDE..NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AROUND THEM AND THE PEOPLE KEEPING THIS BUSINESS OPEN. The young lady in the Photo is the absolute worst! Barefoot behind...

Horrible. This is 3rd time ordering from this place, usually a pick up, usually OK. This time, I tried a delivery since I had just got off a 14 hr shift and didnt want to do anymore than I needed to. It took almost 3 hours to deliver. 1 Hour after ordering I called and got some bullcrap excuse and said it was almost there. Almost 2 hours later, nothing. Finally, it arrived as I was about to go pick up something else. The eggrolls were cold, the general tsos was disgusting. Most pieces were uneatable, almost no recognizable meat, hard chunks in every bite. I had to spit out almost every bite, not to mention it was cold since it had probably been sitting there for at least 2 hours before reaching its owner, me. And to boot, I had pre-tipped them, expecting it to be a easy delivery since I'm only a couple minutes away. 20 dollars down the drain, full refund would suffice. Don't waste your time or money...

As of today, it was reported on the local news that this location has been closed until they come up to standard for the health department while the health inspector was in on the visit, they observed a live roach, crawling out of the meat, grinder live and dead roaches smeared on equipment They observe employees smoking without going to proper place also not washing their hands for at least five or more seconds. It was much less than that. If any there were many other violations, Company had, and had live meat lying around, not putting away properly. It was so funny, because as I saw this on my phone app on the news today, I was actually eating lunch and lost my appetite. Please avoid going to this place. They recently received a C a few months ago and have not really fully recovered...
