While working in the area, we had the opportunity to grab something for lunch. And we were not disappointed with our choice. I love food in general and pizza, Stromboli and Italian dishes in particular. The young lady working behind the counter was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as well. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, well lit, maintained and spacious. Everything was made to order. The pizza slices were oversized, thin, crispy, seasoned and delicious. The Stromboli was packed full of pepperoni, cheese, sauce, mushrooms, sausage and tasty goodness. Accompanied by a rather nice size, additional serving of sauce. Not sweet, but you could actually taste the Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Garlic and other additional spices as well. For the kids and adults, Novas homemade ice cream parlor was in the very next room. Would be great for a child's birthday party or most any kind of relaxed celebration. They have fountain drinks and canned drinks as well. Check out the cakes, that are available by the slice. Something different. Something that's most definitely enjoyable and worth your time for a visit. Enjoy, Bon Appetit. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click...
Read moreHave been to Why Not Pizza a few times and always had a great experience. The Pizza is very good but today I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience with the cashier Vanessa. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of pepperoni and basil. Initially she only rang in one Pizza, so I had to correct her. I got back to work which luckily is next door and realized that my food was wrong. I took it back and explained to Vanessa that it was wrong. She then proceeds to tell me that since I was on the phone that I placed the wrong order. I am not incompetent by far and explained to her that I should not have to pay the extra 60 cents because she got the order wrong and I had to come all the way back up there. It's not about the money but I feel she was very rude especially when she asked me if I want it or not because I was getting a free slice of pizza since they had to remake it. This type of customer service is what's wrong with the younger generation now. I will not be back when...
Read moreMy husband and I are from South Florida where NY transplants are rampant and the pizza is comparable. After moving here we fell in love with Why Not Pizza and it’s family owned vibe. However, after calling and placing an order with what sounded like a teenage girl, I attempted to give her my card over the phone and she refused. I understand there are policies but I was home in labor and craving their pizza, after explaining this and that my husband didn’t have his wallet with him, she still refused. I asked to speak to a manager in hopes they would be forgiving with our situation. She refused to get a manager, that was enough for us both to decide to no longer order with them. Great pizza but the inconvenience of not having a delivery option nor any flexibility whatsoever, and poor attitudes answering the phone is not good for a locally owned mom...
