Teriyaki Express — Restaurant in Charlotte

I got family of mine and they got killed by cove 19. I ordered and they all where without mask talking over the food. I told them they are serving food to be careful. I was not going to eat and did not want to make a problem for them as I rather just forget about things like that. So I was going to take food and leave but not eat it. But..... When I paid and I asked for my change; they said is in the bag. I open the bag and nickels dimes bills where just throughout on top of the white container with my food inside. That really got me. How can you put quarters money on top of the container that has your food? Thats discussing very dangerous and it tells me how dirty irresponsible these people are. I will never ever go there again. They risk people life. You serve food this is not about politics at all,people have died and you are serving food and talking over the open plates spitting saliva then you drop the change inside my bag with the food in it?? Don't go here dont get...

I do not recommend this place. I tried it twice, once on the grand opening week and they did not get the order right, to go. they could not understand what I wanted or the other person that ordered with me as well. We had to check and make sure that the food was okay and it took them 2 times to get the order right.

I tried it another day just to make sure that it wasn't just the staff member. My second experience was worse than the first. I ordered hibachi rice and vegetables and they forgot to tell me that they didn't have some of the vegetables so I got a box full of rice onions and zucchini and that was it, they did not apologize.

The card reader was broken. The guy did not understand English well nor did he know how to work the card machine.

I will not be returning there. The food was only okay the first time I had it. It is a pop-up spot and I do not believe that they will...

Went there was greeted by a nice young lady. Honestly no complaint about her. It’s the other one this Asian lady working there. I believe she was the owner of the place. I don’t know, but I do know she was so rude. She would yell at the costumers, talk back to them, and when the costumers would ask her something she’ll make them sound like if they’re stupid for not knowing. I’m sorry ma’am some of us it’s our first time going. While she was taking my owner she kept stopping throughout it to go do something else. Like I was ordering my food and the phone rang instead of telling the people to hold since I was almost done ordering she completely stopped and started taking the phone order. That really tickled my muffin. Honestly I don’t know why she’s working costumer service because she has 0 knowledge with costumers. Other then that the food was decent. Shrimp sauce tasted...
