This building also contains a Baskin-Robbins. That is the part of the restaurant that I patronized. I was quite disappointed with it. First, the dining room is not open, which being able to see all 31 flavors is kind of the entire point of Baskins-Robbins. It's also the experience of on sitting in the dining room that is like 70% of what is special about going. But COVID- okay, I get it if the government won't let the store be open. So I moved on and accepted that. Then their drive through menu tells you next to nothing. WHAT FLAVORS DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE!? THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR YOU TO HAVE ON YOUR BOARD OUTSIDE! Come on people! Stop being so lazy. To the girl's credit, she DID try to name all the flavors off, but words don't make pictures in my mind fast enough for me to figure out what I want from a list of 31 names. But the girl had a attitude like I was bothering her by making her work. Like I was interrupting her watching her favorite show. Then they were completely out of what 2 of the other 4 people in my group wanted. Someone needs to learn how to order enough product. They don't have a lot of options as it is. How do you not order enough of one of few things that you DO carry? Then I think I will make it simple for them. I asked for a peanut butter sundae. They don't have peanut butter sundaes. Okay, even simpler- ANY ice cream flavor with peanut butter in it. Nope, they don't have such a thing. WHAT?! Peanut butter is one of THE major flavors! How can you say or even pretend to have a variety of ice cream if you don't have at least ONE flavor with peanut butter in it?! Afraid of cross-contamination? Then why do they have peanuts to put on their sundaes? So, no, cross-contamination is NO excuse for not having a MAJOR ice cream flavor like peanut butter. Okay, again I settle. I end my order very disappointed with even bothering to go there in the first place. I pay. The girl asks if I want a receipt. I say yes. Then she says "Too bad, because our printer isn't working." Closes the window and walks out of sight. Somebody needs to know how to run this restaurant, because there are some MAJOR things that they are...
Read moreThis place has the worst customer service. I should rephrase and just say that a certain individual who works there has horrendous people skills and lacks customer service. I was there this morning, waited at least 20 minutes at the drive thru only for them to get my order wrong. I had ordered munchkins and coffee, and although the munchkins were perfectly good, what I received was not what I ordered. Of course, I didn't notice this until I had pulled away from the window. I do know mistakes happen, so no big deal....inconvenient for me, but not life or death and I did need it corrected. I had to then go inside and wait again, but not long. I was not rude at all to the employee but explained to her that I had just gone thru the drive thru but what I received was not what I ordered. I didn't receive a "oh, I'm so sorry about that".....nothing. The woman motioned for the box I had in my hand, so I gave it to her, and she proceeded to throw the whole thing away. What a waste. She handed me another box containing my correct order, said nothing to me again, so I took it, also said nothing and walked away. I was shocked at her attitude and demeanor. People like that should not be working with the public. It was a Caucasian woman, wearing glasses, and a headset. I believe she had darker hair, pulled back. I didn't get her name but she was just rude. No apologies whatsoever for my inconvenience, nothing. How about just letting me keep the incorrect order instead of completely wasting it, or even a partial refund?? Honestly, i would have just settled for an apology of any kind or acknowledgement. Just a tad bit of kindness would have gone a long way and I wouldn't have walked away feeling like this place couldn't possibly care less about...
Read moreI went into the drive-through of this place with my sister and when they took her order the woman working there was careless and and acted annoyed. My sister had to repeat herself multiple times as if the woman taking her order wasn't listening. Then when we got up to the window it took the woman a while to get our food. When our food was being given to us my sisters latte didn't have any cream and I thought that was weird because latte's normally have cream. When my sister asked for cream in the latte the woman looked at her and started laughing. She left and came back with the cream and gave us our drinks. Then the woman went back to get my sisters bacon but gave her a very little amount. She gave the bacon to my sister and closed the window. Then we sat there waiting for the 2 donuts that we ordered. 5 minutes later the woman opens the window gives us the stink eye and asks why were still there. My sister told the woman that she forgot our 2 donuts so the woman went back and got them. She handed the donuts to us and then she slammed the window. The donuts had barely any sprinkles and since when was a latte all black my sister did not ask for a black coffee. Not to mention the donuts were rubbery and a bit hard. My sister was very polite to the woman I don't know why she had to be disrespectful.
The service here is horrendous the people working there treat costumers like an annoying bug in their way. Its their job to serve us not forget half of our order and be annoyed when we don't let them ignore us. Don't ever go here the teens working here are extremely...
