I’m always very honest with my opinion on my reviews.
I’m a business owner myself so I go the extra mile to be as critical on myself and how I present my opinion of my review.
When it comes to quick/fast food restaurants, I weigh my decisions very heavily and being extremely lenient with the service recommendation .
You have that many employees it’s impossible to run 100. There’s always gonna be a few screwballs or individuals that are there to collect a paycheck.
That is the biggest thing about this location.
The person that you put in charge at the drive-through window probably a very tough thing for a business owner to find.
Your point of contact, there you means of exchange and my recommendation is to pay much more attention to the people that you choose to put behind that window.
The food was right on point.
Very little attention to how it was wrapped up and put in the to go bag, often no napkins are put in the bag.
These are all little things, but when the people behind this window have any type of attitude or bring their personal or current problems to the customers it’s always going to be a problem!
That’s the biggest thing that I want to express without being unfair or focusing on the fact that the food usually always exactly how advertised.

I don’t want to be a negative Nelly I just really wanted to emphasize this point.
I can tell you all honesty that eight out of 10 times that I come to your location. This is the one thing on my mind is I pull off which is why I’ve decided to do thisreview.

You can call the place but it'll beep over and over after waiting for it to ring through. Customer service line is BS!!! Waited 30min on hold with no answer!!! Went in store and Dante took my order- which he didn't even want to do. I explained my case, and he quickly mumbled something and said just this one time. I was thinking, great, my food will be free as a pat on the head for having my dinner ruined thrice over. I tell him my simple order- one taco, fries, a pepsi. He rings it up and in my confusion, I simply pay. I guess the "just this one time" was ordering at the counter and not the kiosk?? I waited 17 minutes inside for one single soft potato taco and fries. Dante rounds the corner and realizes I'm still waiting! He avoids any contact. I call over a worker who just got in for her shift and as I start speaking, Dante interrupts me and says "we are waiting on your fries". At this point, it had been 15 minutes. Huh????? FRIES??? I say okay.... He walks off, and finally brings me my simple, easy order. I could've gone through drive thru and had my soft potatoes and fries microwaved like last time, but instead I waited inside for 20 minutes total. Not to add the time I waited at the counter for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. I get my food and I am very flustered at this point- I ask for a direct line to a general/store manager or customer service. He really, really said "uhh, I dont really have that.. you can call the support line". Read moreI have been going to this taco for a year now, about a year ago I could go into this place and have my order within 10 minutes with no issues. Lately I've noticed the change in managers and that this place as taken a nose dive. I order my food Via the Mobile ordering App, I really wish that it was as simple as it use to be. I walked in and made them aware that I had a mobile order (if you do not tell them that you are there it will get overlooked). I was told that the order didn't go through even though it had already charged my bank account. I Ordered a fiesta Taco salad with guac and nacho cheese as well as a nacho doritos loco supreme. Not only did it take 40 minutes to get my food but I was also told after waiting 30 minutes that they had gave my food away to someone at the drive through. Furious, I told them that I can not wait another 30 minutes to remake my order, but with the mobile ordering App you can't receive a refund. So I waited another ten minutes for my food. I get back to my work (which I was waaayy late for at this point) and even though I spent the extra $ I received a taco fiesta salad with no beans, no guac and no nacho cheese. I feel robbed of not only my money but also of my time. I absolutely hate that this is the only Taco bell near my work. If I was given more time for lunch I would travel to the one near rivergate.
