Graham Street Grill — Restaurant in Charlotte

I called and placed an order for an egg breakfast burrito one morning before work. I arrived at the location and told the cashier I had a call in order and she took my money and gave me a receipt. I waited and waited and waited for my order so long I ended up being late for work as a result, but that's not even the half of it. The cashier kept staring at me the entire time and I'm like okay why is she staring at me then she proceeded to go thru all the receipts for orders taken. She went to the back and asked where is the egg breakfast burrito and the person she asked had no clue what the cashier was talking about. No one ever came back to the counter to update me on the status or anything, so after waiting like 40 minutes I left because I had to go to work which I was now late for and still had not received my order. I tried to call them quite a few times and they never answered their phone. I finally got someone and told them that I no longer needed the egg breakfast burrito and was told okay and they hung up the phone not even offering me my money back. To anyone out here who is even considering going to this establishment I would truly truly truly think long and hard because if you have any experience similar to mine then you will get robbed and the company will not give a care in the world because they got their money so screw the customer. I order the shrimp and grits with biscuit and hot cake special. I received my order from Uber Eats. Expecting to have Shrimp and Grits the actual Southern/Cajun meal; or something close to, instead I received the most bland grits ever made with the side of six grilled shrimp. Literally Grits and shrimp on the side. I can't begin to describe my disappointment and disgust at this Imposter of a breakfast. Well the biscuit was decent. These grits remind me of those watered down grits they serve when they cook is trying to say how much they hate cooking. The hot cake is still deciding if it identifies as a crepe or pancake tendencies. These eggs smell like a damn teenage boy's armpit. I work in uptown charlotte and am Diabetic so it isn't good for my health to eat from the local fast food restaurants near me. This place has an amazing Salad that I eat pretty much every other day. Well today, when all things can go wrong they did. I called in an order for myself and co-workers, picked up the order, got two blocks away from my office and noticed that I didn't have my salad. I go back and get the salad only to find that the case that it was in was cracked in the middle. The entire salad fell on the floor. They replaced my salad!
